Indian Surrogacy Program Eligibility Acceptance

Eligibility for Indian surrogacy programs are currently not under any law, but good clinics use the ICMR guidelines for this process. These guidelines are expected to become a law, and surrogacy in India will become more regulated & hopefully a more transparent process. India surrogacy clinics & experts are expecting a higher demand as a result. Valid Reasons for needing surrogacy in India are infertility & failed attempts, gays, single men. The new regulations once into a law may also increase the cost of Indian surrogacy process.
