Shame on you President Obama--Indefinite detentions

this is a clip from the Rachel Maddow program where she takes the current president to task for stating that he intends to institute a policy of "indefinite preventative detentions".........so with no evidence of wrong doing, he will lock you up in a prison (outside of the united states justice system). you will not be charged with a crime because none will exist. the constitution is crumbling before our eyes.
