Wabash Blues - Climax Jazz Band 2008
In November 2008 an excellent film was made with seven cameras by cineast Fred Harshbarger and his team at a concert for the Arizona Classic Jazz Society.
The band is in superb form as well and my Dutch friend Jacques Vincken, who plays banjo in the band made be a copy available.
I know and have played with all the guys for years, Of course the new player is Dave Kosmyna who plays a wonderful trumpet. Other members in the band are Jimmy Buchmann saxello, Len Gosling trombone, Jack (or Jacques) Vinken banjo, Chris Daniels bass and Hal Smith drums
