XL Report: Defense or threat

What worries Eastern Europe most of all today is the question of the U.S. anti-missile defense system. Americans plan to install part of their anti-missile complex in Poland and the Czech Republic. According to officials, the U.S. anti-missile defense system is being created to protect the United States from a hypothetical nuclear-missile attack. But will it protect Eastern Europe as well? Opinions differ.
