00:28It's the start, and this government has committed to 13,000 additional police officers over the course of this parliament.
00:39So this year, the first year that we've been in power, we've put £200 million into neighbourhood policing, we've divided it out amongst the police forces, and we've said to them to work out what you need in your area, whether it's PCSOs or police officers.
00:53So that's what's happening now, and that's why I'm here today, to see how in Hampshire that money is being spent, and that resource is now being deployed, particularly into high streets and town centres.
01:05That's what we've said we want police to do this summer, but this is just the start, because we know there's much more to do, so I wouldn't want you to think this is it, there is much more that needs to happen.
