00:00Jo, exciting times, heading off for a World Cup.
00:02What's the realistic expectations and hopes for this trip?
00:06Yeah, so for us, and we've just talked about it this morning,
00:08just around really staying focused on our process goals
00:11because, you know, if you stay too focused on outcomes,
00:15there's a certain degree we can't control that with the opposition.
00:18So actually really focusing in on what we've been doing
00:21around our ruck and our speed of ruck and our defence
00:24and our collision dominance, which was so much better against Wales.
00:27So we've very much made sure that we stay focused on our process goals
00:31because then the outcomes are prepared for themselves.
00:33Is the quarterfinals a realistic prospect?
00:36Yeah, most definitely.
00:38Ultimately, we know that we need to perform against Samoa USA
00:41is a big one in that middle, and then we know that we take on
00:44the current, you know, currently the best team in the world,
00:46which is England.
00:46So, yeah, to make sure we get out of that, it's a bit quick.
