00:07on our streets and it cannot be right that we've ended up in a situation where the NHS is hit with
00:15a £2 billion a year bill because we are not taking road safety seriously enough and where
00:22particularly as we get older and the quality of our eye health deteriorates that we're not keeping
00:29a regular check so it's one of the things that the Transport Secretary is considering we are taking
00:35road safety seriously she's consulting on a range of measures and receiving representations and she'll
00:41set out her proposals and plans in the not too distant future
