23:26man rush by the chargers dropping seven and taking away a lot of options down the field for chuck
23:33he's looking that one wasn't picked off or he didn't fumble that ball getting hit as he did
23:39so blake groupie will try a 31 yard field goal to get new orleans on the board they thought they had a
23:46safety it was taken off the board burn up the holder and groupies kick is perfect

24:05jim harbaugh has been clear about continuing to build the culture asked him what does it mean to
24:11you to build a culture think about what he's done three straight nfc conference championship

24:21first head coaching job at the university of san diego he took a team that really was struggling to
24:27just be 500 and made them a perennial powerhouse in their conference then he goes to stanford he does
24:32the same thing makes them a national title contender of course having andrew luck helped him there
24:37san francisco success goes back to michigan and has immense success winning a national championship
24:43two years ago now here he is in year two and said what are your checkpoints what are your checklist
24:49items when you're trying to build a culture he said the plan of improvement will lead to success theory

44:53will make it 17 to 10. and the new orleans offense finally finds something explosive
45:01had been knocking on that door and chuck delivers with a perfect placement on the deep ball

45:20rashawn slater losing him is a big blow disappointing you never want to see that for a player but joe alt has
45:25had some reps that left you got trey pipkins pipkins on your right side how confidence are how confident are
45:30you with just the unit as a whole yeah it's really tough to lose a guy like that you can't replace
45:34you know what rashawn has done for us and um you know we're going to do our best as a unit to pick
45:39him up and do everything we can to you know make sure that we're we're getting the job done for him
45:43and and joe going to left uh or whether he stays it right whatever he does he's going to do a great job
45:47and trey pipkins as well um those guys have done such a fantastic job and uh we're gonna feel really
45:52comfortable with them how different is it to come into camp this year and have coach harbaugh and your
45:56offensive coordinator greg roman for year two and just sort of have that consistency yeah uh you
46:01know second year in the offense we're steps ahead of where we were last year just continuing to
46:06understand the offense exactly what coach roman wants when he calls a certain play um we're getting
46:10there timing with the receivers and uh you know things are going well thanks justin yep thank you

46:21to go very far just across the 25 to the 26 and he mentioned joe alts has really been coming out of
46:26his shell recently i don't know if that's what you call whatever was happening behind justin now they're

46:38you take another look here you've got alt you had basically half the offensive line here's alt and
46:45pipkins pipkins that's tremendous stuff and
46:51that was really good and you know what the other thing greg roman said is the connection between alt
46:57and herbert has been soaring really started last year obviously with alt as a rookie as lance on the
47:03play action now he's going to dial up the deep ball down the middle looking for rice incomplete there's a
47:08lot of contact no flag is thrown and it'll be second and ten for the chargers look like rice had
47:15trouble tracking that ball as when you as a right hander thrower your ball will break to the right and
47:21it looked like that brawl broke quite a distance as it was a long 60 yard pass you can see the adjustment

48:17some snaps last week at center this is still one of the better offensive line groups in the nfl even

48:28set in motion lance quick decision incomplete again a lot of contact and there's the flag
48:35ugo amati thought he had it clean instead the penalty marker down and likely a first down for
48:40the chargers yeah he had his left hand out in front trying to deflect the ball but his right hand
48:45was behind the receiver now the question is did he turn the receiver or was the ball even catchable
48:52that's what appears the officials are chatting about right now
49:03there's no foul on the field for defensive pass

49:09so they pick up the flag and jim harbaugh not happy on the charger sideline
49:14well i don't understand it if the official threw the flag he thought it was pass interference
49:19and he he's then talked out of it by another official that's right what makes the other
49:24official more important than the guy through the flag great question thank you
49:31i really am curious you you seem like you were just so kind to the officials when you played
49:37i would ask them these type of questions and they would have this exact same answer that you just
