00:24Pero ipagtatanggol natin ang soberanya ng Pilipinas,

00:27ipagtatanggol natin ang teritoryo ng Pilipinas,

00:30you can do both.

00:32You don't have to choose one or the other.

00:36So ganyan ang ating posisyon.

00:38We will certainly try because it is very, very important.

00:43Pagka nagkaroon ng ganyan, magiging maliwanag kung ano yung rules.

00:48Sa lahat, hindi lamang sa atin.

00:50Lahat ng nakapaligid sa South China Sea, lahat yan.

00:55Eh, wala nang ganito, wala nang ganyan, wala nang banggaan, wala nang magtatayo ng bagong island, wala nang gagawa nito.

01:04Which was the original code of conduct.

01:07Something like that made it very, very clear what is expected of each country, its signatory country.

01:14And that will make things a bit easier.

01:17Kasi hindi ka nag-aalangan na baka may mangyari, anong mangyayari.

01:21Hindi na pwedeng mangyari yan.

01:22Dahil pumayag na, nagpirmahan na tayo, nag-agree na tayo na hindi natin gagawin yan.

01:28So that's why it is very, very important.

01:30And it's very important to the Philippines.

01:32Because ang pinakamainit na lugar sa West Philippine Sea ay dito sa banda sa atin.

01:38Kaya mahalaga sa atin na magkaroon tayo ng code of conduct.

01:44Kaya mahalaga sa atin.
