Dans un hôpital de la Nouvelle-Orléans, entre la montée des eaux, l'électricité coupée, la chaleur étouffante et moite, les soignants épuisés vont devoir prendre des décisions de vie et de mort sur autrui...

00:00Tonight's top story, Hurricane Katrina, which could be one of the biggest storms to ever hit this country.

00:08We cannot stress enough the danger this hurricane poses to Gulf Coast communities.

00:18We need help. We're running out of food and water. We can't take it much longer.

00:24There is nothing else to do for them except to make them comfortable.

00:30Every single one of us did everything we could, and everybody in that hospital was treated with dignity.

00:41They found 45 dead bodies. Now, does that make any sense to you? 45 dead patients.

00:48Given the conditions, maybe 45 patients succumbed.
