00:32Ayong kasekretary Renato Sildong Jr.,

00:35renewal ito sa nauna ng kasunduan na natapos noong 2022

00:39at ang baong kasunduan naman ay mula ngayong 2025

00:42at magtatagal hanggang 2028.

00:45Nakatuan ang kasunduan sa mga mahalagang bahagi ng science

00:48kabilang na ang pagtutok sa mga kalamidad.

00:51This will cover a broad topic but very critical

00:56like for example, biotechnology

00:58and the subject related to smart agriculture,

01:03artificial intelligence,

01:05battery storage, vaccine development,

01:10oceans and atmosphere, to name a few.

01:12Ayong kasulidong malaking bagay na muling marinyo

01:15ang pagkakaroon ng bilateral agreement sa India,

01:18lalo at mahalagang partner ang naturang bansa.

01:20Kasama na dito, pagating sa research and development

01:23na siyang patuloy na tinututukan ng DOST

01:25na mahalagang makommercialize para mapakinabangan ng publiko.

01:28They do a lot of R&D but they can scale up the results

01:33in a cheaper manner.

01:36And so we can learn a lot from them

01:38and vice versa, they can also learn from the other things.

01:42They are interested in blue economy and geospatial work

01:46which is what we also do.
