00:58Hi Yars, Lynne, I'm Melissa. We just want to say a huge thank you for everything you do.
01:05This group is amazing, I've met some amazing mummy friends and I don't know what I'd have done without them so massive thank you for this group and everyone in it.
01:14You guys have been absolutely amazing and so supportive throughout Lily's eight months and my pregnancy as well.
01:22It's been a lifeline for me and it's really helped during pregnancy and also postnatal.
01:29I'm going to be very very sad to graduate but we know that the group does a wonderful service for people like me who moved to an area who didn't know anybody.
01:40So when we first came to the group I was struck by the happy atmosphere in the room and we've just come from months and months of really stressful intensive care experience and for me to see that birth can be a positive experience and that you can have joy with your baby was such an eye opener.
01:59When they saw I was struggling they really efficiently organised a debrief meeting for me and that sorted everything out.
02:06So we're so grateful to them and for being such a lot of new friends and got a really good support network.
02:13I remember when I first came to the mum group I had struggled really badly with insomnia, anxiety, depression and a lot of things and I texted Yaz saying is there anything she can do to help and the best thing that she told me was to come to the mum group which I really appreciate because she didn't just give me the whole oh you should see your GP, oh have you spoken to your midwife, oh have you gone through this link and that link online.
02:38She simply told me she simply told me to come to this mum group that she created and it was just the best thing I've ever done.
02:45So, mum's group, what can I say? Ultimately it's the best group I have ever been to and I am just so pleased that I decided that one day just to give it a try.
03:03You lovely women for running it. I am just totally in awe of you and I just thank you from the bottom of my heart that you continue this service with very little funding and yet I see every week more and more women just getting huge amount of benefits from what you are doing.
03:28You are incredible.
03:33Lily is very grateful for meeting all her friends and my friends as well that I can say are probably going to be friends for life.
03:39It's been a real lifeline and also I've met some really good friends and lifelong friends as well that have really helped during my maternity leave and I don't know what I'd have done without the group and Zoe says thank you too.
03:53This little one has met loads of little buddies and I have met the best group of friends by attending mum's group.
04:02So yeah, thank you so much again and we are definitely going to miss you aren't we mate? We're going to miss them aren't we pal?
04:08You completely changed my pregnancy journey for the better and I wouldn't be the mum I am today without your help.
04:14We want to say that we love you and we think that you are brilliant.
04:19I could not recommend this group enough to any mums out there. Please do go to it. It's been the best thing that's ever happened to us and it was the best help that I think I could have ever asked for.
