00:04My message to everybody is, instead of telling us what all the problems are, work with us on the solutions.
00:10There are practical ways in which much of this can be solved.
00:13Of course, consumers who may be concerned can always contact their car finance company and make a complaint.
00:20And those who haven't done so and who are concerned should do so now.
00:23We said that consumers should think twice before using a claims management company or a law firm
00:28who may take 30% of any compensation that you are owed.
00:32And they've been making some quite exaggerated claims at times about what amount might be due.
