How to trusting God in fear

Trusting God is easy… until fear shows up.

I remember sitting in the hospital waiting room while my mom was in surgery. I was smiling on the outside, but inside? I was terrified.
All the “what ifs” were screaming louder than my prayers.

But right there, I felt this whisper in my heart:
“I’m with you.” Not a thunderclap, not a miracle—just a quiet reminder of Isaiah 41:10: “Do not fear, for I am with you.”
And somehow… that was enough to breathe again.

Here’s the thing—trusting God when you're afraid isn’t about pretending you're not scared.
It's about choosing to believe He’s holding you even when your hands are shaking.
