Plans are underway to build more traffic gardens in Sarawak under the 13th Malaysia Plan (13MP).

Sarawak Tranpsort Minister Datuk Seri Lee Kim Shin said on Sunday (Aug 3) that the ministry plans to increase the number of traffic gardens throughout Sarawak under the 13the Malaysia Plan so that every part of Sarawak has at least one.

00:45Lee also said road safety awareness must be instilled from a young age.
00:50The Shell traffic games were introduced in the state in 1963, discontinued in 2015, but
00:56rebranded and revived in 2024 as the Sarawak traffic games under the ministry's full implementation.
