00:00this is the trip to take whilst in Panama a partial transit takes in iconic locks and

00:16passage under the Americas bridge the tour commentary was excellent one minor observation

00:23vegetarians were not really catered for with the light lunch that could easily be remedied

00:29the complimentary coffee was excellent all in all a worthwhile memorable trip

00:35great trip very well organized lunch was excellent and the guide knowledgeable we did

00:43not realize that we would not be returning on the boat but on a bus but everything was

00:48very well coordinated and worked out well while the weather was rather hot it was worth the heat

00:55there was a little rain but nothing that hindered enjoyment of the trip

00:59if you get a chance definitely take the tour

01:02this tour was absolutely worth the money our tour guide Gus had so much interesting information

01:11for us as we navigated the locks he also answered all of the questions asked of him during his

01:17explanations which was a bonus the lunch was good as well we made it through our portion of the canal

01:25in great time the only issue we had which was not really initial but could have been was the driver

01:31who transported us from our hotel to the tour was an hour early we were walking back from breakfast and

01:38if it had taken longer we would have missed the ride they only wait for five minutes then go on to the next

01:44stop we had a great and informative boat tour through the canal the only thing is we would have like a little more

01:52historical context about the canal while on the bus ride to the boat the food was tasty and the staff

01:59was really friendly starts very early but worth it great tour and a very unique perspective of the

02:07workings of the canal great guide and very informative and answered all questions we had

02:14we had a good time super mario was a great guide with lots of information and tips we saw monkeys and

02:23sloths and birds the snack was tasted the tour is excellent especially for me as a civil engineer

02:31it's well organized but the included lunch is unnecessary there are a lot of people to serve and the tour ends at the

02:40usual lunch time it's unnecessary and creates a lot of confusion on the boat lunch ended up being served

02:48before 11 a.m great tour knowledgeable guide awesome lunch all around great value don't leave panama without

02:59his cruise food and beverage was beyond expectations would highly recommend it tour starts with pickup at hotel and bus

03:29locks to raise and lower vessels as they cross from one ocean to the other it's an excellent experience
