ದೇಶದ ಮೃಗಾಲಯಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳ ವಿನಿಮಯ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಮೃಗಾಲಯಗಳು ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳ ವಿವರ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತವೆ. ನಂತರ ಒಪ್ಪಂದ ನಡೆದು ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳ ವಿನಿಮಯ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ.
