00:00It was one of those rare nights where nothing felt off. Until it suddenly did. A fabulous

00:07holiday evening, no school tomorrow, a basement full of snacks and video games, and that teenage

00:14sense of invincibility. We were just four boys crashing at John's place, his massive house tucked

00:22deep in the woods. The kind with more rooms than you can count, and a forest so thick you couldn't

00:29see the stars. Around midnight, our boredom morphed into a powerful curiosity, pulling us into the

00:37woods, toward a cabin someone claimed had a story behind it. A bad one. I remember thinking it smelled

00:47wrong before we even stepped inside. What we didn't know then is how close we came to becoming part of

00:55that story ourselves.
