It is called Birla Evara and it is being built by Birla Estates. On the Sarjapur Road, east of Bangalore, in the town of Kodathi Hobi, is where it is. The new high-end neighborhood, which covers 25 acres, has upscale homes with 1, 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK floor plans. We can see that more than 80% of the room is empty.
