In this exciting and magical adventure, a floating kingdom called Rakuga Kingdom survives only because of children’s doodles (rakugaki). The more kids draw, the more powerful the kingdom becomes. But now, children are losing interest in drawing, so the kingdom starts falling from the sky.
To save the kingdom, the King sends soldiers to Earth to force kids to draw again. But things go wrong, and the soldiers meet Shinchan, who has no idea about the seriousness of the situation. By mistake, Shinchan gets chosen as one of the "Four Heroes" who can save the Rakuga Kingdom using magical crayons. Along with three other people (some accidental heroes), Shinchan goes on a hilarious and brave journey to fight against the bad minister who wants to destroy both the kingdom and the Earth.
With his funny doodles, pure heart, and crazy ideas, Shinchan helps bring back the lost power of imagination and art. In the end, he becomes a true hero—not by fighting, but by drawing from the heart.
