00:41Y, de nuevo, he tenido tantos años involucrados.
01:12No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
01:13I do think there's a great sense of accountability based on performance.
01:22And you don't just get to qualify because you qualify the year before.
01:27You have to earn it every single year.
01:29And that should be a very motivating factor for every player and coach in the organization
01:34that they realize they have to bring it every single year to be successful.
01:38So I think that's a very natural part of, again, a growth process
01:43that you are going to face adversities along the way.
01:46Nothing is going to be a linear path to success.
01:49Maybe for a month it might be that way,
01:52but you're going to face adversities along the way.
01:54So even in some of the greatest years I ever had,
01:58I faced a ton of adversity.
02:00And when I look back at those years,
02:01I'm very proud of what we accomplished because of what we overcame.
02:05And I think when you look at those challenges or many crises,
02:09opportunities for growth, then you certainly see them as a positive.
02:14And again, those positives over a period of time
02:17can bring you so much joy and happiness
02:21because you are experiencing personal growth
02:23when you're dealing with these adversities in your career.
02:31Yeah, definitely.
02:40I think that you always want to give people opportunities to be successful
02:44and you want to surround them in different ways
02:47through the values of the organization
02:50so that they can come in and just focus on what they need to do.
02:53So, you know, again, whatever happened two years ago or a year ago
02:56makes really no impact on where we're at now.
03:00I think this club has a great manager.
03:03The expectations and standards have been set at a different level.
03:08And we're going into this championship season with great excitement,
03:12but also with very high expectations.
03:14And everyone within the club knows those expectations.
03:17And we've got to go out there and perform.
03:19And it starts August 8th against Ipswich.
03:22Yeah.
03:26Sure.
03:34Well, Wrexham has, I'd say, done an incredible job.
03:37I mean, you can't be anything but excited about how they've
03:40and what they've done for that club.
03:42And to invest in the club where they were at
03:46and to create the awareness around the world
03:50for this amazing team in a pretty small city.
03:53And the way the players have responded has been nothing short of remarkable.
03:59So I'm so impressed by Wrexham, what they do on the pitch, off the pitch.
04:04And, again, they're in a great position to succeed as well.
04:08That would be pretty amazing.
04:15That would be pretty amazing.
04:16I don't make all those decisions.
04:19I'm not sure how much I can influence those decisions.
04:22But I think that my partner, Tom Wagner, is an incredible man,
04:26incredible businessman.
04:28He has huge ambitions for the club.
04:30And I would never bet against anything that he tries to accomplish.
04:34Yeah.
04:38Thank you very much.
04:39Thank you.
04:50Thank you, Tom.
04:57Gracias por ver el video.
