00:00hello and welcome to our powerpoint tutorial today we are going to create an encasing

00:24powerpoint presentation first let format the background i will set the background color to

00:33light gray now insert a rectangle and change its color to light gray remove its outline too

00:47now let's apply the shadow to the rectangle set the transparency to 65% size to 101% blur to 17 points

01:02angle to 0 degree and distance to 3 points

01:08insert a circle and a rectangle

01:09drag the rectangle so it covers half of the circle

01:19now select both shapes and subtract them to create a semi circle remove its outline

01:27then fill it with your desired color ensure it's aligned in the middle

01:31now type the required text

01:45group the text box semi circle and the rectangle together by pressing ctrl plus g duplicate the

02:08group shape using ctrl plus d

02:10drag the duplicated shape slightly to the left change its color and edit its text

02:27repeat this process duplicate the group shape change its color and edit its text

02:32i have created seven shapes here but you can create as many as you need

02:37next select all the group shapes by pressing ctrl plus a then move them slightly to the left side

02:57now duplicate the slide by ctrl plus d on the newly duplicated slide move the first group shape to the

03:14continue this process for each subsequent group shape until the last shape is in its final position
