We ask Londoners for their thoughts on the strike saga.

00:00Well, yeah, I know there was a bigger pay rise with the new Labour government, but I also have some awareness that pay for junior doctors can be as little as about 14 or 15 pounds an hour, or that was the case.
00:16Well, in terms of doctor strike, obviously the junior doctors work very hard in this country. NHS is already, you know, it's too much stress and they have to work extra hours and they're in stress as well.
00:28So it's fair to help them with a bit of money so that they get motivated to help in a tough environment like in NHS, instead of spending money on other things, like most of the money sometimes they spend on wars and things like that.
00:42My instinct is to be supportive towards the junior doctors without knowing exactly what the pay increase has meant for them.
00:55I know that that initial level, those first couple of years can be really tough.
