00:06injured because they weren't wearing a seatbelt. Wearing a seatbelt helps to keep you secure,
00:11reduces injury and helps to protect you in case of an accident. Drivers caught without wearing
00:16a seatbelt could be fined £100 and although they're responsible for passengers under 14,
00:22any passenger who is over 14 is responsible for themselves and if they are caught without
00:26wearing a seatbelt they could be fined £100 too. It doesn't take long to put a seatbelt on and it
