00:00as a consortium partner my company plays a role of participating and guiding the forum on what
00:16are the ways ahead in which this Institute can take the student development further to
00:21be able to contribute to the curricular design then come back every now and then to share
00:26experience with the students I also mentored some social innovation you know projects that
00:31people were doing and even today back here trying to share experiences also talk to students and
00:36whatever ideas come to us in terms of what could make the learning experience in soil richer very
00:43happy to contribute and I think that the beneficiaries as well so when we hire from
00:47the Institute we get exactly what we thought the Institute is creating as a consortium partner
00:52we have played different roles when it was designing of the curriculum designing of the
00:58learning input our industry and academia should interface we work closely with soil on multiple
01:04other agendas also we take extensive support from soil for other people development for some of our
01:11OD projects and we actively see how we can engage with the Institute more from student development
01:19point of view as a consortium partner my main role is to see that I convey the expectations of my company
01:29and the industry on the kind of skills that the students at soil should have and also play a role in the
01:39design of the curriculum so that it is supportive of the requirements of the industry and for that we
01:47constantly interact with the faculty we also take part in meetings on what are some of the additions
01:56that should be made in the curriculum and generally we make the expectations of the industry and the key
02:02trends known to the faculty so that it can be incorporated in the curriculum from time to time
02:09we keep hiring students from soil for some some of the roles that we have in our organization so
02:14that's how we support we are always open to providing internship training industry visits to soil and
02:21then come and you know talk to the students that what we are doing today and that becomes very very
02:27important ingredient for any learning Institute because of the if the industry people are coming
02:33and talking they will be talking what is relevant as of today so that gives a greater insight learning
02:40insight to students as well we are collaborating with soil to develop a leadership program first
02:45and now I mean only today I have offered them that I would like to work with them to have a very
02:54effective internship program where we will co-design projects for the students so that it will be a
03:01win-win-win for the industry as well as for the students who are working with them so that it will be a win-win-win-win-win-win-win-win-win-win-win-win-win-win-win-win-win-win-win-win.
