This map outlines the journey from a state of contraction to a state of expansion. Each pathway involves releasing a specific “shadow archetype” and, in doing so, recovering a vital aspect of your true self. The Problem of Personality, meaning persona or mask, is that it becomes protective, defensive and then ultimately smothering, which is where much of our depression and anxiety stem from.

00:00The question is, are you ready to stop being a product of your past and start creating your
00:08future? This is a journey of healing, of rediscovering the power that actually lies
00:14within you. We all have a story, a personality we've built from years of thoughts and feelings,
00:21but what if that story isn't the whole truth of who you are? Every day we think the same thoughts,
00:28we make the same choices and feel the same emotions. We reason in the same ways and we
00:33react in the same ways as well. This creates a cycle. It keeps us stuck in our familiar reality
00:41of certainty that us humans love so much. But here's the powerful truth. You're not your thoughts.
00:49You're not the masks that those thoughts become. You can become aware of them, question them all,
00:55and decide if they are truly serving you. And if they're not, they need to go. Even your body has
01:02a memory of its own. It's a chemical pharmacy and it can get so used to feeling certain emotions that
01:08it actually craves them. Influencing your mind to return to old familiar patterns. Healing begins
01:16when you teach your body what it feels like to experience joy, gratitude and love. And we don't
01:22realize these things. Before the external world gives us a reason to, we need to consciously start
01:28practicing joy, gratitude, love, harmony. All of these things. All 10 pathways back to sacred self.
01:37And the 10 pathways are self-love, gratitude, surrender, connection, certainty, resilience,
01:44self-regulation, self-regulation, wisdom, and courage. This is how you start to feel whole from
01:52the inside. You've got a map now. You've got the awareness. And all we need to do is get rid of those
01:5910 masks and practice the pathways back. Anyone can completely have an intrapsychic shift and transform
02:07everything about themselves. So we've got to go out there and get ready. We've got to embrace the
02:13uncertain, the unknown. True change feels uncomfortable. It feels unfamiliar always.
02:21And that means stepping out of what you know into the great unknown. That's what change is after all.
02:28So this is our playing field. This is where the magic really happens. And the first of this magic we see
02:35because we stop looking for proof outside of ourselves. We start to understand straight away
02:41that the real transformation is happening from within. And this brings a sense of true power
02:48instead of feelings of powerlessness. And this is the start of an incredible journey.
02:53Whether you know it or not, you have the power to literally rewire your brain.
02:58The science is in. And through mental rehearsals, through contemplation, meditation,
03:03meditation, you can teach your mind and body what your desired future looks and feels like.
03:11So we start letting go of what we can term the old self and become familiar with a new self.
03:18A new self in a new dimension, a new future. That's change. That's real change. It's about taking
03:25charge of who you are. Managing yourself. Slowing down your brainwaves to access the subconscious
03:32instead of being afraid of it. Staying away from it with every distraction you can possibly find.
03:39And the subconscious is where real lasting change can occur. It can work for us instead of over-defend us.
03:48Looking out for lions crouching in the grass that are no longer there. That's what the frightened
03:53personality does. So the minute we stop the stress, start to breathe, start to slow our brainwaves,
04:01get heart-brain coherence, breathe. We can start to believe. We start to connect to the world around us.
04:10And connection really is key. We're wired for connection. And that goes out the window with stress,
04:17with trauma, with grief. When we heal ourselves, we contribute to a collective field of love.
04:23Of coherence in a world that can feel full of fear, negativity. And if we choose to show up
04:30consciously with courage, compassion and love rather than fear and anger, it's really one of the most
04:37powerful things we can do. Because it's who we are at our core. Authenticity is who you are.
04:45We're truth. We're reality. And when we connect with that, it's a beautiful, beautiful life.
04:51No matter what you've been through in the past, you can overcome it all. And I've seen it time after
04:57time after time. This journey of transformation really is not about perfection at all. It's rather
05:04about progress, about showing up for yourself day after day, even when it's hot. The old programs will
05:11always try and resurface. Sure, they will. But over time, by the time we're halfway through,
05:16we'll be better than well. It's never failure. It's just part of the process. So the paradigm
05:22process teaches us that you're not your personality. You're far more than that. And you have a sacred
05:28self. That's the awareness. And to accept that, you've got to walk through this process,
05:34understanding that you are the creator of your life. You really can step into your power.
05:39embrace the uncertainty and the unknown of the journey and become the person you're always
05:46meant to be, not the mask, your authentic divine self.
05:55Changing your personality is not only possible, it's mandatory. It's something that we have to do.
06:03And if we don't do the work of moving beyond the personality, which of course is transformation,
06:10then we start to suffer. The first thing we've got to do is know what the personality is.
06:16And it's simply the masks that we wear because of every thought, action, feeling, perception,
06:24every event that has shaped our personal reality, shapes our personality. And it helps us.
06:31It's geared for survival. It's helped us since we were two years old to navigate through
06:39codependence we experienced with our family, the issues we struggled with at school,
06:47the attention deficit problems we had, the people-pleasing problems we had. Everything
06:53that it's done has been designed to help you survive. So changing it is not easy. It takes
07:01a lot of hard work. But by changing how we think, feel and act, how we react to our environment
07:09can create a new personal reality. And this is the beauty, the mystery and the marvel of creating
07:18a shift in your life, a real lasting transformation through the paradigm process,
07:25which is simply moving from your personality to what we call your spirituality or your sacred self or
07:33your authentic self. You can pick your words, but you are not the masks that you once wore. And
07:40eventually those masks start to choke us. And when they do, of course, we get stuck. And this is what
07:46mental and emotional suffering looks like. And it comes out in the form of anxiety, burnout, depression,
07:54addictions, obsessions, and of course, all sorts of personality and mood disorders.
08:0060% of America is suffering generalized anxiety disorder at the moment. You know, the world has
08:08changed. And we need to not be conformed to that world. We need to transform ourselves by the renewal of
08:16our minds. If we constantly think, feel and act, constantly behave. And that's habits, that's
08:24addictions in the same ways we perpetuate how we were. And you know, everything is growing and changing
08:31in this universe. And if you're trying to stand still, which is impossible, which is avoidance,
08:37isolation, confusion, lack of focus, lack of motivation, lack of energy, then you're going to
08:44suffer and that suffering has come to actually heal and transform you. We've got to move past the cycles
08:50of repetition. And that's how we break through with change. And we first become aware of the
08:59unconscious patterns of how we do life, how we perceive it. So we've got to get uncomfortable in
09:07the beginning and move into the uncertain, the unfamiliar and unknown and become a mystic, Ray.
09:14Change is uncomfortable. And staying stuck or staying the same is what the mind thinks is more
09:22comfortable, safer. But it's not. It's not at all because life is doing us. We're being done. There is
09:31growth that has to happen. There's contribution. There's meaning. And you know it. You can feed it
09:38inside. All of us have a desire for these things and a pull. And if we don't answer the call of that
09:46pull, we develop hollowness, emptiness, meaninglessness. We've treated thousands of people,
09:54for example, with years of anxiety, depression, all kinds of disorders and dis-ease that they're
10:03experiencing in a variety of forms. And as soon as they become aware, they start to accept what they
10:13need to do. They take new action or innovation and they heal their lives in six to eight weeks
10:19from 20, 30 years of depression, but only every time. If a person really wants to change, they get
10:28it. Once they've got the awareness that they want to change, they just need the roadmap. And that's what
10:34the 10 pathways of the paradigm process provide. It's 10 masks of personality, the 10 that we all have.
10:43And if you do some work on it, you'll see that some of them are stronger than others. You might be
10:49judgmental, controlling, perfectionism. You might be neurotic. You might play the part of an actor or a
10:56victim or a people pleaser for that matter, or you might just be anxious. So what you need to do is become
11:02aware of the masks that you wear. And then for each of those masks, there's 10 pathways back to your
11:09authenticity underneath those masks. This whole magical process is a structured map for discovering the
11:17problem of your personality and then moving from a life dictated by past conditioning and fear to one of
11:24authentic love, connection, and self-realized power. This is what we need. It treats the personality itself
11:33rather than merely addressing the symptoms of the underlying issues like anxiety, depression, and
11:40burnout. You get to the source. All the work is designed to shift brain activity from
11:47reactive survival-orientated limbic system to the more conscious and intelligent prefrontal cortex.
11:55The ultimate goal is to move beyond the limitations of fear-based ego and connect with the sacred self,
12:02the authentic core of a person where peace, purpose, and true desire resides.
12:10But here's the good news. Your brain's ability to change and reorganize itself
12:17is absolutely marvelous. Neuroplasticity means that we've got to break the habits of being ourselves.
12:26We've got to move beyond who we thought we were, what's not working for us, and embrace something new.
12:34Again, all the limiting patterns need to go. We need to develop a more fulfilling reality consciously.
12:42And we're going to discuss the tools right now to do that because the roadmap is clear once we become aware of what we need to do.
12:50We need a healthy body, heart, and brain. With a healthy body, heart, and brain, we can get the work of change done.
13:00We can then consciously have the weapons and the tools that we need to rebuild, reconnect, and recover who we truly are.
13:10Physically, we can move through important things like sleep, proper nutrition, hydration, of course, something we often forget,
13:20and movement, which is absolutely massive. Blood flow to the brain reduces stress hormones and promotes the growth of new brain cells.
13:30And that's what we're looking for with this process. New brain cells in the front of your mind, not the back anymore.
13:39In the upstairs of your brain, not the downstairs.
13:44When we rewire our brains, we rewire our reality.
13:48So we need to cultivate awareness. Start focusing our attention consciously.
13:54And practice deliberately each day. Mindfulness, rewiring practices, contemplation.
14:03Consciously create and strengthen new neural pathways. That's the big one.
14:09Otherwise, we fall into the valley of those old neural pathways very easily.
14:15So we've got to do this consciously, on purpose, and with dedication, discipline, routine, and focused attention.
14:26We can also harness our intuition when we're not stressed.
14:30Our power of intention, intuition, imagination, innovation, and so on,
14:37can all help us to restructure the body, heart, and mind, and develop emotional mastery.
14:45So we witness the ego. We connect to a deeper reality. And then we use our tools.
14:52We start with acknowledging the need for change.
14:57Understanding that a paradigm shift is highly possible.
15:01We need to consciously decide that we need to let go of what no longer serves us.
15:06And this can be harder than you think, especially when it comes to people, places, and things
15:10that no longer serve us. If there's any trauma, you need to heal that trauma and use somatic experiencing,
15:21EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, and especially self-compassion, self-love, as you let go of control.
15:31When we change our perception, our environments change.
15:35When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
15:39We definitely develop increased sensitivity and intuition, a deeper sense of connection,
15:45acceptance, and purpose almost immediately when we start to do the work.
15:50And of course, a desire to be of service to others.
15:53We use mindfulness, meditation, journaling, spending time in nature, all the usuals.
15:59Building a support system, visualization, elevated emotions.
16:04All of these things we can use to embark on a profound journey of self-discovery.
16:10I've seen it all the time.
16:12You know, it's not guesswork, but the work is about moving beyond the limitations of the ego,
16:17healing past traumas, cultivating deep connections with your true and sacred self.
16:25And then, of course, developing contemplative intelligence, not just survival-minded IQ, knowledge.
16:32It gets us nowhere. We need EQ. We need CQ.
16:37So this path promises not just healing from suffering, but the discovery of a life rich with purpose,
16:44love, and limitless potential.
16:47So this path can be found somewhere.
