00:00Jey Uso, Big Bronson Reed, they're set for a tag team matchup, SummerSlam Saturday, Jey and Roman against Bronson and Breaker.
00:06What does this match mean as we head into Saturday, the weekend?
00:10Well, if you're Big Bronson Reed, you're looking for a leg up. You're out here to inflict damage on main event Jey Uso.
00:16Try to soften him up, if not downright hurt Jey. If you're Jey, you're trying to get inside the head of Big Bronson Reed.
00:21If you're Jey Uso, you're trying to show Bronson Reed and Braun Breaker what you're capable of,
00:27especially when you stand side-by-side with the OTC.
00:30Well, I think Jey's already in the head of Bronson Reed. He's never lost to Bronson Reed in a one-on-one matchup.
00:36So this rivalry is growing quickly, personal, and getting uglier by the moment.
00:40I'm talking Darren McCarty, Claude Lemieux ugly. Here comes man of it, Jey, backing it up.
00:46And paying homage to the late-grade Umbaga. Here's the cover now.
00:49Hook of the leg on Reed, who kicks at two. The Oracle, Paul Heyman, of course, who's at ringside,
00:55sitting on our announce table, is holding the Money in the Bank contract.
01:00Seth Rollins, of course, the contract holder. Seth out with a knee injury.
01:04We were privy to a backstage conversation between Reed, Breaker, and Heyman earlier tonight.
01:09While there are a lot more questions that need answered,
01:11we do know for a fact that the goals include ultimate power and total control.
01:17And remember, Seth has it until next June to cash in the contract, so no concern there as the smug Heyman looks on.
01:26He's really built himself to force here with Reed and Breaker.
01:29Well, to that same point, you've got the former architect, Seth Freakin' Rollins,
01:34who was the de facto leader, good God, of this trio with Heyman as the brains of the operation.
01:43And you take Seth out of the equation, and it doesn't slow them down.
01:47They don't change course. The mission remains the same.
01:50It's that type of confidence. It's that type of dominance that makes Bronson Reed,
01:54Braun Breaker, and Paul Heyman an epic threat to all of WWE.
01:58Corey, we were talking earlier about Heyman starting the show tonight, gaslighting Jey Uso,
02:02really trying to get into his head, questioning Jey about how and why he would team with Roman Reigns
02:08after everything that Roman did, abusing him throughout the four-year run of the bloodline.
02:12Jey Uso had a great retort. He said, listen, I had to go out on my own.
02:16I had to prove to myself that I could do it on my own, and he did.
02:19He won a Rumble. He won a World Championship.
02:21And now he said since he's done that, he's comfortable in his own skin,
02:24and he can go back to work with Roman.
02:26And I believe that Main Event now feels that he can look eye-to-eye at the Tribal Chief.
02:31He's no longer subservient to Roman Reigns, no longer reliant on the success of the Tribal Chief.
02:36Main Event is his own man.
02:39But the Oscilla, the 330-pounder, Bronson Reed beginning to dominate Jey Uso.
02:47And Heyman knew what he was doing when he put Reed and Breaker together.
02:50What a whip into the corner, shaking the ring.
02:58He is a scary dude.
02:59No doubt about it. Absolute force of nature, Big Bronson Reed.
03:04How important is this tag team match at SummerSlam on Saturday for Heyman and the group
03:09as they go in there against Roman and Jey?
03:11I don't know that it could get any more important considering the opposition.
03:14You're talking about Main Event Jey Uso, who up until recently was a World Heavyweight Champion.
03:19Oh, you're talking about Roman Reigns, who's the biggest star this business has seen in the last decade plus.
03:24Oh!
03:25If you really want to dominate the landscape, who better to start with than two of the biggest, biggest bulls in the yard?
03:31Off the world's strongest slam.
03:34Reed makes an impact.
03:35Off the world's strongest slam.
03:44Mountain Event Jey Uso is hurting after this all-out assault by Bronson Reed, smiling down at the Oracle, Paul Heyman,
03:54who has once again put together two young guns in what is obviously already a Hall of Fame career by Heyman.
04:04And he just continues to find talent and mold them in to unbelievable superstars.
04:16Seeing that case in point in big Bronson Reed.
04:21And a return from a long layoff from injury.
04:23More dangerous than ever before.
04:25More focused than ever before.
04:27And again, we've talked for many years about the tools of Bronson Reed
04:31and the potential and the power and everything that he brings to the table.
04:35But it's only been recently since he's been hooked up with Seth Rollins and Paul Heyman
04:40that we're really starting to see the true potential of this guy.
04:43Cole, you and I are big baseball fans.
04:45We talk about it all the time.
04:46It's like drafting somebody who's got power, but they can't quite figure it out at the plate.
04:50Sometimes you just need a new hitting coach.
04:52Sometimes you need to change a mechanic.
04:53And all of a sudden it unlocks something in your head.
04:56And now you're seeing the world in full color.
04:58That's what Heyman has meant to both big Bronson Reed and Braun Breaker.
05:02And for Heyman, selfishly, he'd like nothing better to see Reed and Breaker bury Roman Reigns.
05:09Paul still has not forgiven Roman Reigns for leaving his side.
05:16Leaving him to the solo secoic bloodline.
05:19Not coming to his aid.
05:21I mean, can you blame him?
05:22I mean, we witnessed Paul Heyman be driven through our announced desk.
05:25Heyman's not a competitor.
05:27He's never been a competitor.
05:27He's not physically equipped to handle that sort of punishment.
05:30We thought we may never see Heyman again.
05:33He's come back with a vengeance, hasn't he?
05:35You're absolutely right.
05:37Elbow dropped by Reed.
05:42Did you catch what Heyman just said to Bronson Reed?
05:47Heyman instructing the Ozzilla to hit Jey Uso so hard, his whole family feels it.
05:55Heyman's got a nice disposition, doesn't he?
05:57Real pleasant guy.
05:59All he does is win.
06:02His bank account doesn't care what you think about him.
06:04Bronson Reed has been dominating.
06:15Main event, Jey Uso, last rights now being given.
06:18Went home for the senton.
06:20Jey rolled out of harm's way and looks to rally here.
06:23Again, Jey and Roman against Braun and Bronson.
06:26Summer Slam Saturday.
06:27We set the stage here tonight in our main event.
06:29An increasingly rare mistake made by Big Bronson Reed.
06:32He has been borderline flawless recently.
06:35But when you're dealing with someone as dangerous as Jey Uso, you can't afford any mistakes as Bronson is learning right now.
06:42And Jey Uso just brimming with confidence in an incredible 2025 for main event.
06:48Jey Uso came into his own as a singles competitor.
06:50Bronson Reed, former world champion.
06:54And Jey now, with a suicide dive, takes out Bronson.
07:02It's interesting to see Jey and Roman together at Summer Slam.
07:05Remember, they had a problem.
07:07Oh, wait a minute, wait a minute.
07:08Oh, no, Braun Breaker with a spare.
07:10Braun Breaker.
07:11And that's going to call.
