The adorable star of this clip didn’t do the best job covering his tracks after satisfying a late-night craving.
"Watch me confront my guilty sausage dog about eating mussel shells during the night," the filmer, Eleanor, told WooGlobe.
Though the mess—and his expression—clearly gave him away, the pup tried not to panic.
When Eleanor mentioned a trip to the vet, he seemed to realize he might actually be in trouble. Still, he managed to stay surprisingly calm, perhaps hoping she’d brush it off as just a minor inconvenience.
