00:15But for now, the massive resort, said to accommodate up to 20,000 people, will not be open to foreign visitors.
00:22The Wonsan Kalma Coastal Tourist Area attracts many people from across the country.
00:31But the extent of the foreigners ban remains unclear.
00:34Moscow's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov visited the resort earlier this month, describing it as a good tourist attraction.
