00:00I think every year presents its challenges and you really never know what those
00:16challenges are going to be, but I don't even look at it as a challenge.
00:20It's just more opportunities for us to figure it out,
00:23figure out the pieces to the puzzle and then you go on about the season.
00:26So you can't expect one year to be the same as the next and I don't think any of us do.
00:31So it was good to be back with the guys that are in town this year and we're getting right back to it.
00:36And I don't perceive proper, probably still another six weeks away.
00:40But is it concerning that there's still a number of pieces that haven't been filled?
00:45Or are you just thinking, you know, the job will be done and we'll get the right place in?
00:50Yeah, I think that's just where you trust management and you know that they're doing their job.
00:54We've just got to go out here and do our job.
00:56So I try not to get involved with what's going on behind the scenes.
00:59I just try to take care of what we can control here on the court.
01:03And yeah, I mean, they're looking for the right pieces and I'm sure they're going to get them.
01:08Speaking of, one of the pieces that have come in is Harry Froland, Sam's brother.
01:12Yeah, I think it's very important for Sam as well, you know, especially him going through the rehab process.
01:24It's good to have familiar faces around and keep them on his toes.
01:28So Harry's always a good addition to the team.
01:31He calls himself the culture guy.
01:32He does a good job with that.
01:33Jean's good.
01:37Let's do that.
