00:00I didn't have a rich father.

00:04Not from, you know, well-educated.

00:07I said I tried three times for university.

00:10Oldfield, for the last time, I went to the teacher's college,

00:14which was considered the third or fourth class of my city.

00:20But I think that is the best university I've ever had.

00:23Better than Harvard and Wharton.

00:25I applied for Harvard for ten times.

00:28Oldfield, they don't want to see me, you know, I'm terrible.

00:32And I think that is a normal life.

00:36It was so difficult at that time.

00:38I was so frustrated because I taught in the university.

00:43My pay was $10 a month.

00:46It was not easy, but I believe that something is waiting for me there.

00:52And I have to work hard to prove myself.

00:55That was the tough experience.

00:58And I never thought I was smart.

01:00Nobody believed that I could be successful.

01:02Because everybody said, well, this guy think differently, think crazily.

01:06You know, they think about something, never worry.

01:08Nobody agreed with me.

01:09As I said, I believe it.

01:10Because I saw the computer in 1994 when I went to the USA.

01:14I think this thing could be big.

01:17I never thought it would be that big like today.

01:21Honestly, people say you're smart.

01:23You have a big vision.

01:24I'm lucky to know a lot of famous people.

01:28Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Jack Welch, Larry Page, Mark Zuckerberg.

01:33I would like to share with you the difference between those people and other people.

01:38They are always optimistic for the future.

01:41They never complain.

01:44They always try to solve the problems of the others.

01:48And I think, where is the opportunity?

01:52The opportunity always lies in the place where people complain.

01:57Some people sit there, complain.

02:00You think, if I can solve that complaint, that's the opportunity.

02:05Because when everybody agrees, why this opportunity should be yours?

02:09Because a lot of people don't agree with it.

02:11And you think this is good.

02:13Think carefully and find a group of people working together.

02:16And making sure the people working with you together believe the dreams.

02:22Whether investors believe in this or not.

02:24Whether your friends believe it or not.

02:26Whether your parents believe it or not.

02:29That's not important.

02:30You believe it.

02:31Your team believe it.

02:32And work day and night on this.

02:35That's all the things happens.

02:37Everybody is the same.

02:39Because we are stuck from the same line.

02:43The best, the best assets you have is that you are young.

02:49Don't complain.

02:51Let the other people complain.

02:53Those people complain, those people who steal.

02:56Think about how you can make things different.

03:00Use your own brain to think.

03:02Is that an opportunity inside?

03:05Is there anything I can do that make the difference?

03:07Think about this.

03:09And then when you think about this, start to do it.

03:12I saw a lot of people, young people, have fantastic ideas every evening.

03:16But in the morning, they go to the office and say, again, make the move, make the action to everybody, to any person.

03:25Tomorrow is new.

03:26You have to work very hard.

03:30Either work for the others or work for yourself.

03:33And I chose the way to work for myself.

03:36But working for myself, that means working for the society.

03:40If you really want to work for yourself, think about the others.

03:43Making sure you help others.

03:46Because only when the other people are successful, when the other people are happy, you will be successful.

03:53You will be happy.
