00:00This is my Fiverr account where I make $7,000 to $8,000 every month.
00:05In this video, I am going to share everything that I have learned over the last 5 years
00:09working on Fiverr full time.
00:11Over this time, I have completed over 2,000 orders and got more than 1,000 ratings.
00:16I'll walk you through the exact strategies that I used to scale my Fiverr business so
00:20that you can make your first $1,000, $10,000 or even $100,000.
00:25I right now have 9 Fiverr gigs out of which 6 rank on the first page.
00:31One for video editing, one for social media videos, wedding videos, travel vlogs, corporate
00:36videos and even real estate videos.
00:38All these gigs consistently rank on the first page and that's one of the major reasons why
00:43I have made so much money on Fiverr.
00:45And that is one of the major reasons why I got the top rated seller badge on Fiverr.
00:50So in this video, I'll walk you through the entire process step by step.
00:54Here is what you'll learn.
00:55First, what is Fiverr and how it works.
00:57Second, how to create an account and a gig.
01:00I'll create a live gig in front of you.
01:02After that, we'll discuss the key elements that are in a successful gig.
01:06We'll learn how to do market research, look for high volume keywords and design thumbnails
01:11that grab attention and drive clicks.
01:13And in the end, we'll talk about how you can get a lot of clients by understanding the Fiverr
01:17algorithm.
01:18So if you're really serious about making money on Fiverr, there's no better place than this
01:22video.
01:23So by the time we finish editing of this video, the gig that we created already got some orders.
01:28So this is the gig that we created and it already has two orders.
01:31It's performing really well.
01:35And you can see it has a click through rate of 6% and a conversion rate of 8.3%.
01:40So make sure you watch this video till the end because it will tell you everything that
01:43you need to know about Fiverr.
01:44Before we start, 83% of the people who consistently watch this channel do not subscribe.
01:50If you have ever found any value in the videos that I make, please do me a favor and hit on
01:55that subscribe button.
01:56It helps us more than you know.
01:58And the more we grow, the better content I can create for you.
02:00That being said, let's start the video.
02:02First, let's talk about what Fiverr is.
02:04Okay, so picture this, you're actually great at something.
02:08Perhaps it's graphic design, content writing, digital marketing, or in my case, video editing.
02:12Now you wish to make a living out of this skill, but you don't know where to get clients.
02:17This is where Fiverr comes in.
02:18Fiverr is an online platform where individuals like you and me who have some skills want to
02:24make a living out of it.
02:25We use our skill and provide something valuable to clients.
02:28For example, my skills were expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
02:33Using that, I can edit videos for clients.
02:35That's the service that I'm providing.
02:36So Fiverr is a really big virtual marketplace where instead of selling physical goods, we
02:42sell skills and services.
02:43Now here's why Fiverr is such a great place to start.
02:46In just last one month, over 80 million people visited Fiverr.
02:50Now that's a crazy number already.
02:52Out of that, 4 million are active buyers who spend over 1 billion dollar on the platform
02:57annually.
02:58So there's a really big opportunity if you're serious about making money using your skill.
03:03So now let's talk about how does Fiverr work?
03:05It's pretty simple actually.
03:07You as a freelancer will go and create a profile and create gigs.
03:11Gigs are brief description of services which tells the client what you're offering, how much
03:16you're charging for it and how much time you'll take.
03:18Now clients when they come to the platform scroll through thousands of gigs and profile
03:23and then select the one they like and purchase the service.
03:26So let me give you an example.
03:27Let's say if you go to Fiverr and search video editing, a lot of profiles and gigs will show
03:33up along with my profile.
03:35Now as a client, if you like what you see, you'll click on my profile.
03:38After seeing the pricing, packages and my works, if you're convinced, you'll purchase the package.
03:43Now let's say you purchase a basic package of $100 for which you'll get a one read video.
03:48Now once the client purchases it, I'll get an order on my dashboard inside which I can
03:53see what clients want, what requirements are there.
03:56I'll review everything and start working.
03:58I'll get a separate chat box with the client where I can discuss some details and I'll get
04:02a specific timeframe to complete the order.
04:05Once done, I'll deliver the project.
04:06If the client likes it, he'll approve it or not.
04:09The client usually has four or five revisions where we'll work together till the client is
04:13happy with the work.
04:14Now once the client approves the order, the payment will be released from Fiverr and I'll
04:19receive it.
04:20So let's say if the order was $100, Fiverr will take 20% from it and I'll receive the $80.
04:25Now you might ask why is Fiverr taking 20% on each order?
04:28That's because in return, they're providing a platform for you to work on.
04:32They're doing sales and marketing for you.
04:34They're providing a safe system where your payment is on hold which helps avoid any frauds
04:38and you'll also get customer support just in case something goes wrong.
04:42Now one of the most wonderful things about Fiverr is that there is a lot of variety that
04:47you can choose from.
04:48There are more than 600 categories ranging from content writing, video and animation, digital
04:52marketing, AI and a lot more.
04:54Whatever your talent is, it's likely someone wants to pay you for it.
04:58I have now made almost 2 crore rupees on Fiverr and if I can do it, you can do it too.
05:03Let's start with creating your account and your first gig.
05:06Okay, now let's start with creating your Fiverr account.
05:09So to do that, go to Fiverr.com and once you enter that, it will ask you to create an account.
05:14So once you go to Fiverr.com, on the top right, you can click on join.
05:18Once you click on it, you can create your Fiverr account.
05:21I would suggest you connect your Google account here.
05:23Click on continue with Google.
05:25After that, you can enter the detail.
05:27Now once you're done, you'll get this option to become a seller.
05:30You need to click on it.
05:31After you click on it, you need to enter all the details.
05:34Fiverr will also provide you with some instructions.
05:36For example, they'll provide a step by step procedure for what you should do.
05:40So first you'll learn what makes a successful profile.
05:44Then you need to create a profile and then you need to publish a gig.
05:47Click on continue.
05:48After that, they have given 5 points about what makes a successful Fiverr profile.
05:53So read this.
05:54After this, this is very important.
05:55A lot of people make this mistake initially and their account is suspended.
05:59So make sure you read everything here.
06:01So make sure you avoid all this.
06:02First, don't provide any misleading or inaccurate information about yourself.
06:06First, don't try to create multiple accounts as it is not allowed.
06:10And in general, don't violate any terms and services on Fiverr.
06:14And last, don't ask clients or anyone to communicate to you outside of Fiverr or ask payments outside
06:20of Fiverr.
06:21So these are basic points.
06:22But make sure you don't make these mistakes.
06:24I get messages from a lot of people whose account is suspended within one week because
06:28they make one of these mistakes.
06:30Then you need to fill in these details to create a seller account.
06:33First start with personal info.
06:35Write your full name here.
06:36After that, display name.
06:38This is what will be visible to clients.
06:40A lot of people write very random things here.
06:42So make sure you write your actual name.
06:45After that, add a profile picture in which your face is clearly visible.
06:49After that, description.
06:50I'll tell you how to write about me section shortly.
06:53So just add anything here for now.
06:55And then select what languages you can speak.
06:57Then click on continue.
06:58After this, you need to select your occupation.
07:01In which industry do you work?
07:02There are these options.
07:03Digital marketing, graphic design, writing and translation, business, programming, music
07:07and audio, video and animation, data, photography, lifestyle.
07:11So for me, it's video and animation.
07:14For you, select the one from these categories.
07:16After that, select how much experience you have.
07:19After that, select your subcategory.
07:21So inside your industry, what are the things you're doing?
07:25So for me, it's video as in commercial, video rating, music videos, slideshow, visuals, etc.
07:30After that, if there's any other secondary profession, you can add that too.
07:33So for me, it was graphic design and I have selected subcategories for that again.
07:37Make sure you select all five subcategories.
07:40This will help Fiverr understand what you are actually selling.
07:43And it will recommend your profile to ideal clients.
07:45Add as many skills as you can.
07:48So for example, you can add general skills.
07:49For me, it was video rating.
07:51And after that, you can add what software you use.
07:54So I have added Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and things like that.
07:58Similarly, add your education, if you have any certification, you can add that.
08:02And here, you can also add your personal website.
08:05After this, verify your email and your phone number and your account will be ready.
08:10Once you're done, it will say your seller profile is all set.
08:13Now go ahead and create your first gig.
08:15Now to do that, click on done and it will directly lead you to create your first gig.
08:20Now if you don't reach the gig page, no need to worry.
08:23You can go again on fiverr.com and it will bring you to this page.
08:27Now to create a gig, go to my business and click on gigs.
08:31Here you can see all the active gigs that you have.
08:34And now to create a new gig, you need to click this button.
08:37Create a new gig.
08:38Once you click on it, you'll reach the same point.
08:40Now before we start creating a gig, you need to know what you will sell, which category subcategory
08:46your gig will be in and what keywords you will use.
08:49So to do that, go here and click on your profile and then click on switch to buying.
08:55This is your buying page here.
08:57You can see all the categories that Fiverr offers.
09:00So there is graphic design, programming and tech, digital marketing, video and animation,
09:04writing, music, etc, etc.
09:06Now by hover, I mean now move your mouse over the category that you want to sell in.
09:13So for me, it's video and animation.
09:15So I come here and here I can see all the subcategories.
09:19You can go one more step and then open and then just click on it, which will open a new
09:25tab.
09:26And here you can see the most popular subcategories inside video and animation.
09:30You can do the same for your industry.
09:32Now these are the categories which have high volume of orders.
09:36As a new seller, try to make your gig inside this category or another trick is to see which
09:41categories are new.
09:42And then inside that you can create a gig now.
09:45So for me, I want to create a gig inside video ads and commercial.
09:50So I'll click on it.
09:51Now inside this, these are the gigs which are ranking on the first page.
09:56Now what I want to do is while doing market research, I'll open a gig.
10:01Now if they are ranking on the first page, there's something good about them.
10:05First thing.
10:06Then we will save the gigs which have high number of orders in queue, which means that
10:12they're already ranking well and their conversion rate is also high.
10:16So there might be something good that they're doing and we need to know what that is.
10:19So now you need to click on this hard on the top right.
10:23Now what you need to do is you need to make a collection of these gigs inside the same category.
10:28So what you need to do is you need to click on this and then create a list inside list.
10:32I will write Fiverr tutorial and I will save this gig inside that.
10:38Now this is very important.
10:39Go back and here go through all the gigs and see and look at the ones which have high number
10:45of orders in queue.
10:47So this one also has 11 orders.
10:49So I'll save it.
10:50Now go through a lot of gigs here.
10:53Now inside the same subcategory, go through a lot of gigs, see what you like, see what gigs
10:58you click on.
10:59After that, add them to your list based on how many active orders they have.
11:02Usually 5 to 10 active orders is a good signal that profile is performing well.
11:06What you can also do is you can filter by best selling or you can filter by seller levels
11:13which is top rated seller, which is the best one.
11:15Now do this and make sure you save at least four or five of these.
11:19Now once you're done, come back to Fiverr and then go to your buyer account again and
11:24then click on this heart, which is lists.
11:27Here you can see all the gigs that you have liked.
11:29And now these are the best performing gigs under the category and subcategory that I
11:34selected.
11:35So we'll use this to create my gig.
11:36Now inside these gigs you need to notice what their title is, what their thumbnail and gig
11:41video is like.
11:42So make sure in your subcategory you go and see all this.
11:46After that, see their description.
11:48And lastly, see what keywords they have used.
11:51All this is very important.
11:52Make sure you do this for all five gigs, create a document and add that there.
11:57Once you're done with all this, then we can start creating your gig.
12:00So again, go to create new gigs and here we need to write the title.
12:04So I want to take inspiration from these sellers, but also stick to what I have been doing.
12:09So I usually like to use one keyword.
12:11I will professionally edit your video ad or brand video.
12:19So in this gig title, I have used three keywords.
12:21I have used professionally, I have used video ad and I have used brand video.
12:25Now this is very important.
12:27Make sure you get it right.
12:28You need to select your subcategory for me, which is video and animation.
12:32My subcategory, I can also add it under video rating and I can also add it under video ads
12:37and commercial.
12:38Now selecting your subcategory is very important.
12:41Make sure you do it right because depending on what subcategory you select, that will decide
12:47where your gig is ranking or on which areas of Fiverr your gig ranks.
12:52Now you can go again to the competitor's profile and then you can see what category and subcategory
12:57it's ranking.
12:58So for this guy, it's ranking under video ads and commercial.
13:02Same for this guy too.
13:03And I already have multiple gigs under video editing.
13:06So I'll add this one under video ads and commercial for more visibility.
13:10Similarly, make sure you do some research.
13:13See what subcategory your competitors have selected and only after that select yours.
13:17Now there is something called gig metadata.
13:20This will be different for all industries and subcategories.
13:23So make sure you select it right.
13:25So for me, I'll select the platforms which work for me.
13:28So I make videos for Instagram, YouTube, oh, I can only select one.
13:32So I'll select here.
13:34Now inside gig metadata, this is additional information for Fiverr to understand what you're
13:38selling.
13:39So to write the platform of my expertise, I'll select Facebook because usually people use
13:43brand videos and ads and run them on Facebook.
13:47After that video type, I do live action videos and video orientation and he is fine.
13:53Now here comes the important part, positive keywords.
13:56These are the words which people will search and you want your gig to appear.
14:00So if I was going on Fiverr and I was trying to look for the same service, this is what I
14:05would search.
14:06First is video ads.
14:08Second is video editor, video editor.
14:12After that, you can again go back, browse your competition and see what they have used
14:17because they are already appearing on the first page, YouTube video ads, commercial video
14:22ads is a good keyword.
14:23So I'll add that.
14:24So these are good for now, but keywords are something you can keep changing based on how
14:28many impressions or clicks you're getting.
14:30So if you think these are not working, you can always come back and change it.
14:33After that, there is something on negative keywords.
14:36Now these are the words you want your gig to not appear for.
14:38So for example, there is usually some confusion based on if the client wants to hire someone
14:43to run Facebook ads instead of editing them, then you can add those keywords here.
14:48But I usually don't use them.
14:49So once you're done, you can click on save and continue.
14:52Now here comes scope and pricing.
14:55You can name your packages and then add details.
14:58So I usually stick to the same.
15:00So it's basic, standard and premium.
15:03If you're confused about all this here, you can again go to your competitors profile and
15:07see what he has done.
15:09So in basic, I will do very similar to this 30 seconds video ad.
15:14This is good.
15:15We can copy this and then you can paste it here, but not make it exactly similar.
15:19I will do some changes 30 seconds video ad stock footage licensed soundtrack and voiceover.
15:28Now the usual delivery time is three, four days for me, but you can have faster delivery.
15:34If you're a new seller, I would suggest you do one to two days delivery max.
15:37After that, I'll do video editing and I'll also provide a script if needed revisions.
15:42I provide three revisions in basic package running time is 30 seconds video length variation.
15:48I'll do one video orientation.
15:49Only one show product imagery voiceover.
15:52I'll provide a price is $100.
15:55After that, you can also add more details here, but this is fine for now.
15:58Now similarly fill all the other packages.
16:01So standard will be same.
16:03I'll just add change the duration to 60 seconds.
16:07Delivery time will be six days video editing script writing revisions will be more 60 seconds.
16:14Number of orientation.
16:15I can provide two in this and the price will be $180.
16:19Now third inside premium.
16:21I'll provide 120 seconds delivery time will be around seven days.
16:26This can be five.
16:27Then I'll provide video editing scripting revisions.
16:30I'll provide 10 in this one or unlimited in premium package running time will be 120 seconds.
16:35One, I can provide two variations.
16:38I can also add show product imagery and voiceover.
16:41What I did is I removed voiceover from the basic package
16:44so that other packages stand out more because they're costlier too.
16:48$250 and then after that, the packages are done.
16:52After that, you can add additional extras.
16:54So for example, someone needs a one minute video inside basic package.
16:58How much extra will I charge?
16:59So I'll charge $15 for additional 30 seconds.
17:04Similarly, for standard package, if someone needs longer, I'll charge $100 for 30 seconds.
17:10Similarly, you can add more details.
17:12Now my pricing is based on that I already have five years of experience.
17:16So if you're someone new, I would suggest you keep the prices low.
17:20This is not something I would provide.
17:22Now fast delivery is a really good hack.
17:24So usually we charge $100 and do a four or five days delivery.
17:28But if the client wants to do extra fast delivery, then we almost charge $100 to do it in one, two days.
17:35I'll deliver in only two days for additional $100.
17:39And you will be surprised by how many people are ready to pay for a faster turnaround.
17:43And I'll deliver in five days.
17:46Similarly, you can add more gig extras.
17:47You can also provide subscriptions.
17:49But I don't think this is ideal if you're just starting out.
17:52Additional revisions, you can add $25.
17:56And now once you're done, you can click on continue.
17:59Now here you have to write description.
18:01Now if you're someone who is good at writing and knows how to write a persuasive and good pitch,
18:06then you can go ahead and write it.
18:08But if you're someone who doesn't know how to write, I'll tell you exactly how to do it.
18:12To do this, you need to go to ChatGPT.
18:14So sign in on ChatGPT and do this.
18:16Write this prompt, help me write a fiverr gig description.
18:24Make sure the description is filled with high volume keywords.
18:31Keep the tone professional.
18:33Here are some competitors profile description for reference.
18:38Reference one.
18:39So what you can do is you can again go to your competitors profile.
18:42And then you can copy paste it.
18:44Make sure you add it under double quotes.
18:46So ChatGPT knows that this was just for reference.
18:50Then you can add reference too.
18:51Also to give ChatGPT more context, add the title here and what you will be selling.
18:55So what our title was, I will professionally edit video ads and brand videos.
19:03After this, if there's any more detail that you would like to add, you can add.
19:07And then let ChatGPT do the work.
19:09Now it did a really good job in the first go.
19:12Because I have already trained ChatGPT and it knows details about me, about my experience,
19:16about how long I have been working.
19:18So make sure to get the best output.
19:20You provide it as much details about you as possible.
19:23So I'll just copy paste it.
19:25Now make sure you space it right so that it does not look very congested.
19:29Oh, I'm exceeding the character limit.
19:31So the character limit is 1200 and mine is going above that.
19:35So I'll just ask ChatGPT the character limit is exceeding.
19:41Can you make it little short?
19:45I actually like the first version more.
19:47So I'll go ahead and remove some parts.
19:50So this is fine for now.
19:52Make sure you highlight some parts that you want.
19:54If you make everything bold, then nothing stands out.
19:57But because I just spaced it from ChatGPT, it looks like this.
20:00So what we can do is you can select everything and then and then click on bold again and
20:05and then just highlight or make bold the parts which are important.
20:09Okay.
20:10So are you looking for a professional, a professional editor to,
20:14so professional video editor to create scroll shopping video ads.
20:18This can be highlighted.
20:20Then this looks good.
20:22You have come to the right place.
20:23I specialize in this.
20:26I have five years of experience.
20:28This is important.
20:29Okay.
20:29What you get can be highlighted.
20:32Why choose me can be highlighted and bold.
20:34Overall, this is pretty good for now.
20:36Make sure you do the same.
20:38After that, you can add milestone workflow.
20:40But I usually prefer to work on single project prices.
20:43After that, you can add FAQs.
20:45So I've already done this for other gigs.
20:46I'll just copy paste.
20:48So FAQ for so things like why should I choose you?
20:51You can again use chat GPT to write it if you're not good at it.
20:54After that, common query is like how do we send your files?
20:58What is included?
20:59Things like that.
20:59You can add FAQs for all of this.
21:01The more the better.
21:02So make sure you add around five to six of these.
21:05And then you can click on save and continue.
21:07After this requirement, this page is basically what the buyer will see after placing an order.
21:13So you can add a question here.
21:15You can ask them about what the project is about.
21:18I usually have three questions.
21:20First, I ask them to submit the media files.
21:23And also instruct them about how they can submit it.
21:26We already wrote a FAQ about it.
21:27So I'll just copy paste that.
21:29Now you can get this in form of free text, multiple choice or attachment.
21:33I'll just write free text here.
21:34And this is a very important requirement.
21:36So if the buyer does not submit it, the order won't start.
21:39So I have checked required here.
21:41After that, I ask them to submit the music for the edit.
21:44So this is a very specific question for video editing.
21:47But depending on which industry you are, you can customize the question.
21:50And the last question that I ask is to specify all the requirements and submit all the details
21:56so that I can start working.
21:57After that, I click on save and continue.
21:59Now this is very important part.
22:01Fiverr says that if you have a gig video, it can increase user engagement by 40%.
22:06So for example, if we go under the subcategory in which I am making it,
22:10this is what the thumbnail looks like.
22:11So it's very random.
22:13It can be a beautifully or cinematically shot or video.
22:16So the thumbnail can be a cinematic shot or a person speaking.
22:20Second thing to note is that because this category is under video rating,
22:24so people have usually used the showreel, which is a compilation of their work.
22:28But if you are in a different category, usually people just talk to the camera
22:31so that the clients can see what you're offering and how your communication skills are.
22:35So because it's ads and commercial, I'll go ahead and submit a showreel,
22:39which I have already created.
22:40Once you upload it, it will be under review by the Fiverr team
22:43and they'll check if the video is okay to publish.
22:46After that, you need to add up to three gig images.
22:49So I already have a gig thumbnail and branding that's there in all the gigs.
22:53So I have created one similar for this, which says video ads and video editing.
22:57And after that, you can also add a document.
22:59So if you're not a video editor and if you don't have a portfolio
23:02and you want to submit a PDF, which tells more about the service that you're offering,
23:06you can upload here, but it's not compulsory.
23:08And after that, you need to declare that whatever materials has been used
23:13is something that you own.
23:15And if Fiverr finds out that you don't own the content
23:18or you have copy pasted content from somewhere else,
23:21then your account can be blocked.
23:22And after that, you can click on save and continue.
23:24And then your gig will be ready to publish.
23:27Now, if you want to see what the gig looks like right now,
23:29you can click on save and preview.
23:31So this is what it looks like.
23:32I will professionally edit your video ads or brand.
23:35These are the packages. Looks really good.
23:37About me section, I'll improve a little more.
23:40Apart from that, remember, I told you to write your about me section again.
23:44Make sure you follow the same steps.
23:46Ask chat GPT to write it for you and ask it to talk in number
23:50and represent yourself in the best light.
23:52So overall, it looks pretty good already.
23:54I'll make some minor changes.
23:56So for example, when the video is approved,
23:58the video will start showing here and the thumbnail will be taken from the video.
24:02So make sure after the video is approved, you go and change the thumbnail
24:06because that is what will show on the search page.
24:09So now once you are done, your gig will start appearing here.
24:13You can click on it and then you can see what's the gig status.
24:16It's active for me, but the video is still processing.
24:19It will take 24 to 48 hours.
24:21After that, here you can see more details such as how many impressions it has,
24:25how many clicks your gig has, how many orders, how many cancellations, etc.
24:29After that, you have two more options to limit orders in queue.
24:31So let's say if you get too many options or you get too booked,
24:34you can always limit orders here.
24:37And then the gig will stop appearing in Fiverr search.
24:40Second option is to have watermark.
24:42So till that delivery is approved by buyer,
24:45there will be a watermark shown on your work.
24:47And then you can also see gig performance here.
24:49You can see impressions, click through rate, order, conversion rate.
24:52This is how it will look and then you can track your performance.
24:55Now I'll walk you through other features of Fiverr.
24:57So if you come to the homepage, here you can see your profile.
25:01So inside your profile is about me section, your featured clients,
25:04your portfolio, intro video and things like that.
25:07I have additional features because I have the top rated seller batch.
25:11We'll talk about seller levels later in this video.
25:13After that, you can see your level overview.
25:15So if you click on it, you can also see your progress.
25:17We'll talk about all this in details in some time.
25:21Then on the right side, you can see the number of active orders that you have.
25:25And then you can see the orders which are in progress, which are in revision,
25:28which are delivered, completed and canceled.
25:31Now you can also set the availability.
25:33If you're going on a holiday or things like that, you can add the details here
25:37and your gigs will stop appearing on Fiverr search.
25:40After that, there is inbox.
25:42And on the top right, there is notification.
25:44So these are very important.
25:46On inbox, you will get all the new messages from clients.
25:49And on the top right under notifications, you'll see all the details about the orders
25:54which are active.
25:55So all the revision request delivery time and if client orders,
26:00and there is additional messaging box inside each order.
26:04So I'll tell you the entire process of what it looks like to work on Fiverr.
26:08So for example, this is a client who texted me and told me that he wants a 45 seconds video.
26:13So after asking him more details, we agreed that I can do this project for $100.
26:18And after getting all the details, I created an offer for him.
26:23I told the client that I can do it for $120 and three, four days delivery.
26:28Now either he can go and purchase the packages from the gig that we created,
26:32or I can create a custom offer for him in the chat.
26:35So to do that, you need to click on create an offer.
26:37And after that, you can select the gig that you want.
26:40So let's say I'll do this one.
26:42After that, you can select if you want to do single payment,
26:44hourly, milestone or subscription.
26:46So we'll do single payment and you can add details here.
26:49Please accept this offer to proceed.
26:54After that, you can add revisions, delivery time and price.
26:58So $120, four days delivery and five revisions.
27:02And after that, you can add more details and you can send it.
27:06Once you send it, it will look like this.
27:07The client can accept it or reject it.
27:10Once the client accepted, the order will start showing on the right side here.
27:14And it will also show on the dashboard as active.
27:17Now you can click on the right side and this is the order page.
27:21To reach here, you can also click on view here and it will open the order.
27:26So once you click on it, this is how it will look.
27:28Here you can see activity, details, requirements and stock media.
27:32So inside details, you can see which packages or how much price and delivery time you have.
27:37After that, there is requirements.
27:39The same three questions that we asked the client, he submitted here.
27:42After that, you can go inside activity and you have a chat box here.
27:46So I texted the client after getting the order that I have received everything and I have started working.
27:50Once the order is done, I sent him the delivery.
27:52The client requested minor revisions.
27:54And once all this was done, all this conversation happens inside the order page.
27:58Once all this was done and client was happy, he left a review.
28:02And I left a review too and the order was closed.
28:04Now to really grow on Fiverr, you need to understand Fiverr levels.
28:08Fiverr has a system for freelancers designed to reward high performing freelancers with better
28:13features, more visibility and increased earning potential.
28:17As you progress through the levels, you get more features so that you can scale your business.
28:22Now there are four levels on Fiverr.
28:24When you join the platform, you are a new seller.
28:26Now to go from new seller to level one seller, you have to complete five orders,
28:30get three unique clients, get earnings more than $400, maintain a five plus success score,
28:3680% response rate and 4.4 plus rating.
28:40I'll explain what these metrics are just in a minute.
28:42After that, very similar for level two, you have to complete 20 orders, 10 unique clients,
28:462000 plus earnings, 7 plus success score, 90% response rate and 4.6 plus rating.
28:51With each level, you'll get additional feature.
28:53For example, when you go from new seller to level one seller, you'll get level one batch,
28:58promoted gigs option and subscriptions often.
29:00When you go from level one to level two, you'll unlock features such as paid consultation,
29:04top clients, seller plus premium, option to buy seller plus premium, etc.
29:09Now to go from level two to top rated seller, the process is slightly different.
29:13So once you meet all these requirements, which is completed 40 plus orders, 20 plus unique clients,
29:19$10,000 plus earning, 9 plus success score, 90% response rate and 4.7 plus rating.
29:25After this, Fiverr will do a manual evaluation where someone from their team will review your account,
29:31see your past communication with the client, see your order history to see if you are eligible
29:37for top rated seller or not.
29:38And if they think you are someone who deserves it, only then you'll get top rated seller badge.
29:43And once you get it, these are the benefits.
29:45You'll get early payout.
29:46So usually, let's say if you complete an order, it will take 14 days for the amount to clear.
29:52But if you have a top rated seller badge, it will just clear in seven days.
29:56And then after that, you can withdraw it.
29:58Top rated sellers also get priority customer support.
30:01Now let's understand what these metrics are.
30:03First is obviously rating.
30:04Rating reflects the average of ratings provided by clients you have worked with over the past two years.
30:09Second, response rate.
30:11It reflects how often you reply to a new message within 24 hours over the last 90 days.
30:16After that, orders.
30:18That is the total number of orders you have completed.
30:20Then there is unique client.
30:22Unique client is the number of different clients you have worked with.
30:25So for example, if a client works with you twice, that's not a unique client.
30:28So each client counts once regardless of how many orders they have placed.
30:32So just unique clients are counted here.
30:34And then there is earning, which is how much money you have made.
30:37Now there is something called a success score.
30:39Now the success score is calculated by these metrics.
30:42First, client satisfaction, effective communication, conflict free orders, order cancellation, delivery time,
30:47and value for money.
30:48All these determine your success score for each gig.
30:51Now let's say if you have 5 gigs, the average of all 5 gigs will be your success score.
30:56So according to Fiverr, the success score metric evaluates each of your gig in key areas
31:01related to the order process and your relationship with the clients.
31:04Now the success score can directly impact your gig visibility.
31:07So it's always preferred that you maintain high success score.
31:10Now since you know all of this, this is how the level system works.
31:13There are ongoing evaluations all time.
31:16So when you have active gigs, there are daily evaluations of all 6 metrics that I talked about,
31:21which is success score, ratings, response rate, orders, unique clients, and earnings.
31:25Now, now you can move up or down based on these metrics.
31:29So once all 6 metrics qualify for the next level, you will be eligible to move on to the next level.
31:34And again, this is just for new seller to level 2 sellers.
31:37For top rated seller, there will be a manual evaluation as I said earlier.
31:40Now, as you can move up with good performance, you can move down too with bad performance.
31:46So if you are not maintaining all the metrics, you can come down too.
31:50You can be demoted too.
31:51So if any of your top pro metrics, which is success score ratings or response rate,
31:56which you can see here.
31:57So any of these, the first three, if any of these go low, any of these falls below
32:02the required criteria for your current level, you will have a grace period to improve and maintain
32:07your current level.
32:08You will enter a 30 day grace period where you will have time to improve it.
32:12If you're not able to improve it, you will be demoted.
32:15Another very big mistake that a lot of new freelancers make is this.
32:19They violate the Fiverr's terms and service.
32:21So I would highly suggest you read all the terms of service by Fiverr.
32:25Don't do foolish mistakes like contacting the client outside of Fiverr
32:29or trying to take the communication outside or payment outside.
32:32If you do anything of that sort, your account will be put on hold and it will be flagged by Fiverr.
32:38So make sure you read Fiverr's terms of service and Fiverr's community standards to avoid all this.
32:43Now you might ask why Fiverr levels matter.
32:45So your level is not just a number.
32:47It's a proof of your reliability, professionalism and expertise.
32:51When clients are browsing through different gigs, they can see the seller level on the page too.
32:55And from what I have noticed, the higher level you have, the more clients you get.
33:00But of course, the levels are not permanent.
33:02If your performance drops, your level will too.
33:05So on Fiverr, it's very important to keep delivering high quality work,
33:09have good communication with clients and overall give them a good experience.
33:13Now let's talk about Fiverr algorithm.
33:14And now you might ask why is it important for me to understand this algorithm?
33:18Because there's a reason why some gigs appear on the first page and some don't.
33:22There are hundreds and thousands of gigs under each category.
33:26And the only way to rank on the first page is by understanding why Fiverr ranks some of the gigs above others.
33:32Now I would say majority of my earnings has happened because multiple of my gigs land on the first page every single day.
33:38But how can you do it?
33:39So first understand this, that Fiverr keeps track of everything.
33:43Including how many impressions you're getting, how many clicks you're getting,
33:46how much is your conversion rate, how many clients are happy with your work, how many are not.
33:50And you can't trick the algorithm, you have to work with it.
33:53The first important thing that you need to understand is how keywords work on Fiverr.
33:57Fiverr scans your gig description and gig title to understand what you're offering.
34:02And to understand where to show your gig.
34:04So if you use the right keywords and if you select the right category and subcategory,
34:08then you'll get more impressions.
34:10So to increase the number of impressions, you can think of impressions as how many people view your gig.
34:15Now ideally we want as many impressions as possible.
34:18So to do that, first you need to use high search volume keywords.
34:22Look at the keywords used by people who are appearing on the first page and use a mix of those.
34:28Make sure you include similar keywords on your title and gig description too.
34:32Now second, you need to create multiple gigs.
34:35Now to maximize your impressions, you also need to create multiple gigs.
34:39As a new seller on Fiverr, you can create up to 4 gigs.
34:41I would suggest you create 2 gigs with high volume keywords and 2 gigs in niche category.
34:46For example, when I started, I was offering one general category gig,
34:50which is I'll do professional video editing.
34:52And after that, I was niching down.
34:54So I created one gig for wedding videos, another for travel blocks.
34:57Similarly, depending on how much traffic you can handle, you can create multiple gigs.
35:02So the formula for more impressions is right keywords,
35:05plus niche specific gigs, plus algorithm friendly optimization.
35:10This will result in more impressions and more visibility.
35:13Now the second term that you need to understand is click through rate,
35:16which is also known as CTR.
35:18It's just a fancy term for how many people saw your gig and then clicked on it.
35:23So if your gig is getting a lot of impressions, but it's not getting clicks,
35:26then Fiverr will stop promoting it because it will think that people are not interested
35:30in your service.
35:31Now when clients are scrolling through Fiverr,
35:33you just have few seconds to grab their attention and then convince them to click.
35:38Why should they click on your gig when there are hundreds of other similar gigs?
35:42Now to do that, you need a really good thumbnail.
35:45Your thumbnail can be your gig image if you don't upload a video.
35:49And if you upload a video, you have to select a thumbnail from the video.
35:52Now different categories and subcategories have different styles of thumbnails on Fiverr.
35:57So make sure you do market research and accordingly create a thumbnail,
36:00which stands out in your category.
36:03Another thing you can do to increase your clicks is have a highly animated video.
36:07So for example, when clients are scrolling on Fiverr and if they hover over your gig,
36:10the video will start playing and if you have high quality animation in the starting,
36:15people will click on it to see more.
36:17Apart from this, you can add the right keywords for higher clicks.
36:20So for example, think about what clients would search for if they are looking for your gig
36:25or what you would search for if you are looking for a similar gig.
36:28Use those keywords in the title.
36:30Apart from this, you can also play with the pricing and delivery date.
36:33So the formula for high click-through rate is relevant keywords and title,
36:37plus eye-catching thumbnail and gig video.
36:40This will result in more clicks.
36:42Now the third thing you need to understand is conversion rate.
36:45Alright, so now your gig is getting a lot of impressions
36:47and people are also clicking on your gig.
36:49But how do you convert them to clients?
36:52So if people click on your profile, but after seeing everything,
36:55they're not convinced enough to click on the purchase button,
36:58that is another signal for Fiverr to not promote your business.
37:01Because at the end of the day, Fiverr wants to promote the gigs,
37:04which have high conversion rate too.
37:05Now your offering is made up of your gig images, portfolio, pricing,
37:10and gig description and reviews.
37:12After seeing all these, the client should be convinced to do business with you.
37:16So the formula for high conversion rate is strong gig offers,
37:20exceptional portfolio, and good reviews.
37:22This will result in more orders.
37:24So here is how everything comes together.
37:25Use high volume keywords so Fiverr knows when to show your gigs,
37:29which results in more impressions.
37:30After that, improve your thumbnail, gig video, and gig title to attract clicks,
37:34which will result in higher CTR.
37:36After that, make your offer so compelling,
37:38so buyers actually place an order, which will result in higher conversion rate.
37:42Now, once clients work with you, you have to go above and beyond,
37:45give them a really good experience, so that they tell more people about it,
37:50and also come back to you for more work.
37:51This will get you more repeat buyers and good reviews.
37:54This is a really good signal for Fiverr to promote your services to more people,
37:57which will result in higher ranking.
37:59So if you just focus on these things, your ranking will automatically improve.
38:03Now, there are some other factors which determine your success on Fiverr.
38:06First of all is the success score, which we have already talked about.
38:09Second is rating reviews and completed orders.
38:12What kind of ratings and reviews you're getting, how many orders you're completing,
38:15how many orders are getting cancelled.
38:17All this is also very important to determine your success on Fiverr.
38:20Initially, the reviews you get are very important,
38:23so make sure you do everything to make the buyer happy for at least your starting 50-60 orders.
38:28Apart from public review, there is also something called as private review.
38:32So once your order is completed, and both you and the client have left a public review,
38:36the buyer gets an option to leave a private review.
38:39This private review is very important, because here the buyer can be completely transparent,
38:43and tell Fiverr what kind of experience he had.
38:45So this is where start to end the entire buyer journey.
38:49Their experience matters.
38:51If you provide them really good service, make them feel good,
38:54then they'll definitely leave a good private review, which will be very beneficial for you.
38:59Along with that, it's not allowed to influence the ratings and reviews in any form.
39:03If you do that, your account will be suspended.
39:05So make sure you don't do that.
39:07Last thing, a lot of people on Fiverr are not looking for cheap work.
39:11They are looking for quality work.
39:13And someone who can get it done fast.
39:15So instead of providing things for cheap, think about ways you can deliver quality work fast.
39:19There is also an option to filter services by fast delivery time.
39:23So this can be a really good USP for you.
39:25By now, we have completed most of the things.
39:27And if you're someone who has created Fiverr profile watching this video,
39:31and you're not sure if it's good or not,
39:33watch this video where I've reviewed a lot of freelance profile,
39:36and you'll get an idea about whether your profile is good or not.
39:39Thanks a lot for watching.
39:40If you found any value from this video,
39:42make sure you like and subscribe and share this video with a friend.
39:46And I'll see you in the next video.
39:54You're ready, guys.
39:55Make sure you're coming.
