01:44craters and broken patches stretch across the entire junction this isn't just causing the discomfort

01:50it's costing the public fuel time mental peace every single day so what about the ministers ministers are

01:57busy flagging of mega projects and smart city stations but what about the basic infrastructure

02:03why why hasn't the proper concrete cement road build here yet this junction is choking with traffic 24 by 7
