More than 80 trucks, carrying over 6,000 bales of hay and straw have set off from Western Australia over the Nullarbor to drought-affected farms in South Australia.

00:00Engines have started rumbling at Fraser Range Station on Western Australia's Nullarbor.
00:07And soon, around 80 road trains carrying over 6,000 bales of hay will make their way to drought-stricken farmers in South Australia.
00:15Ironically, the start time of today's convoy was actually pushed back due to inclement weather.
00:21High winds and rain pushed that start time back by several hours.
00:26But organisers need for feed and farmers across borders, along with the South Australian Government,
00:31are still sure that they will deliver this hay to Woodena on Sunday,
00:36where it's hoped that around 400 farming families can help to feed almost half a million head of stock.
