The UN warns that Palestinians in Gaza are “walking corpses” as severe food blockades by Israel push the humanitarian crisis to the brink of collapse. With aid shipments stalled and starvation deaths rising, the situation is rapidly worsening. Despite ceasefire talks and international pressure, the blockade continues to suffocate the civilian population. This is a man-made catastrophe demanding urgent action.

00:00Let's go to Hamas.
00:03Israel is against Israel.
00:30Well, we've passed the threshold of being concerned or worried a very, very long time
00:49ago.
00:50It's been 650 days of these atrocities and civilians are the first to suffer and the
00:58most to suffer.
00:59And this foundation that was put in place as supported by the governments of the United
01:05States and of Israel is taking more lives than saving lives.
01:10And so what needs to happen is a ceasefire is lifting the siege so that the United Nations,
01:16including India, the largest humanitarian organization, can go back into Gaza with supplies
01:23and do our work.
01:25We also need to support our Palestinian colleagues in Gaza.
01:29A deal is long overdue.
01:31It will be a win-win because a deal will also secure the release of the hostages who have
01:38been held in Gaza so that they can also reunite with their families and loved ones.
01:43And what do we do?
01:44Most people do not miss the end of the day of the past.
01:51In Fiance in Gaza, China, France, United States, United States, United Nations, United States,
02:01United States, United States.
02:02We have been dedicated to getting those 90 million meals into Gaza in a way where it has not been looted by Hamas.
02:27We have been dedicated to getting aid into Gaza.
02:30It is something that the Secretary and the President have talked about, worked for.
02:34These discussions of getting more aid into Gaza have been part of that ceasefire we are hoping for.
02:39But again, the blame of this lies at the feet of Hamas, and that is the fact of the matter.
02:45Short of Hamas doing something, changing its behavior, the U.S. government will allow the situation to proceed as is.
02:50The U.S. government is supporting an effort to get 90 million meals into Gaza.
02:54The U.S. government is supporting an effort to get as much aid as possible to the people that need it without it being looted by Hamas.
03:01That is the actions of the U.S. government in terms of supporting that effort.
03:04And we call on others to support that effort to get as much aid as we possibly can.
03:08Of course, it will never be enough.
03:10It is something we are continually working for, to get more and more aid in what ways we can without being looted by Hamas every single day.
03:18The U.S. government is working for, to get more and more aid in what ways we can without being looted by Hamas.
