00:00Thank you, Mr. Speaker. This week marks the six months of the America First leadership
00:06under President Donald Trump. He has innumerable accomplishments over the first half of this
00:11year and has kicked off a new golden age for our country. His strong leadership has single-handedly
00:17added over a half a million jobs to the U.S. economy. Many of these jobs came back to my
00:22home state of Indiana, like the announcement from General Motors about increasing its production
00:27in the Fort Wayne facility truck plant. He has brought gas prices to their lowest point
00:32since 2021 by unleashing American energy independence. Outside of the economic impacts that have saved
00:39money for everyday Americans, President Trump has kept his commitment to protect American
00:44children and families by halting so-called gender-affirming care for children in this country.
00:50As another testament to his impressive pace, President Trump has also signed 27 bills into
00:55law, the greatest of which, the One Big Beautiful Bill, delivers tax cuts to American families,
01:01solidifies funding for America's Golden Dome, and defunded Planned Parenthood. Over the past
01:08six months, President Trump has delivered on his promise to restore America's strength and
01:12dominance, and I look forward to continuing the fight with President Trump leading the way
01:17to ensure America's golden age lasts for decades to come. Thank you.
01:21I'll tell you back.
