Betty Boop is warned about a mysterious and peculiar old man who lives deep in the mountains. But her curiosity gets the better of her, and she sets out to find him. Along the way, she encounters musical moments and quirky characters. When she finally meets the "Old Man of the Mountain," things take a turn that is both humorous and slightly unsettling.
