00:00The Governing Council today decided to keep the three key ECB interest rates unchanged.

00:08Inflation is currently at our 2% medium-term target.

00:13The incoming information is broadly in line with our previous assessment of the inflation outlook.

00:21Domestic pressures have continued to ease, with wages growing more slowly,

00:26partly reflecting our past interest rate cuts,

00:31the economy has so far proven resilient overall in a challenging global environment.

00:38At the same time, the environment remains exceptionally uncertain,

00:44especially because of trade disputes.

00:47We are determined to ensure that inflation stabilizes at our 2% target in the medium term.
