Do you think the older generation is being left behind by modern technology? Is it cutting them off from parts of society?

00:30You can go online to www.whatever, right, not everybody is online.

00:41I believe that the older generation is being used by modern technology

00:46for various reasons, even in the NHS currently.

00:51I even struggle on using the apps to read the appointments.

00:54Hopefully it's a family member that'll help them out,

00:56because it's definitely a little concern.
