00:00Coca-Cola is rolling out a new version of its iconic soda, and it comes with the Donald Trump seal of approval.
00:06After the president urged the company to replace high-fructose corn syrup, Coke announced it will launch a cane sugar version of its classic drink.
00:14Cane sugar isn't new to Coca-Cola. It's already used in other versions of the soda.
00:18But those attached to Coke's current recipe shouldn't worry.
00:21This new version will not be replacing the one made with corn syrup.
00:25The company said the move is about giving consumers more choice and complementing its existing lineup.
00:30The announcement came alongside its second-quarter earnings report.
00:34Coca-Cola beat Wall Street's expectations for both earnings and revenue.
00:37It also reiterated its 2025 forecast, projecting 5-6% organic sales growth.
