The family of Jean Charles de Menezes have been holding a vigil outside Stockwell Station today to mark the 20th anniversary of his death. The innocent 27 year old Brazilian was shot and killed by officers on the underground, after being mistaken for a terror suspect.   Report by Gluszczykm.
