Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora - Die wunderschöne Open World gibt es bald auch mit Third-Person-Modus

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora erschien im Dezember 2023, zwei Jahre später kommt endlich eines der meistgewünschten Features ins Spiel. Mit einem großen Update bekommt das Action-Adventure am 5. Dezember 2025 eine Third-Person-Perspektive. Dann könnt ihr die vor allem visuell eindrucksvolle offene Spielwelt aus einer völlig anderen Sicht erkunden. Wie das aussieht, seht ihr oben im Trailer. Bisher gab es eine Third-Person-Ansicht nur, wenn ihr auf einem Tier geritten seid.

Neben der neuen Kamera führt das Update außerdem einen neuen Modus ein. Es wird ein ganz klassisches New Game Plus, in dem ihr mit allen bereits verdienten Ausrüstungsteilen und Skills die Story nochmal von vorne erleben könnt und auf stärkere Gegner trefft.

00:25a constant source of inspiration for our team.

00:27And now, we're thrilled to continue that journey with you.

00:32On December 5th, we will be releasing a free update

00:35that includes two of the most requested features from the community.

00:40First, New Game Plus, letting you replay the story with your inventory and skills,

00:46face tougher enemies and unlock a new skill tree and stronger gear.

00:50And finally, yes, we're very excited to introduce Third Person,

00:55letting you experience Pandora from a whole new perspective at the push of a button.

01:02Whether you're exploring, fighting or simply taking in the view,

01:07Third Person brings a new sense of scale, freedom and immersion.

01:12We're reworking animations, controls and camera systems to make sure it all feels just right.

01:18This update is the next chapter of Avatar Frontiers of Pandora,

01:23which has already been expanded since launch with two story packs.

01:28The Skybreaker, where you join the great Na'vi games and experience the Zaku migration,

01:34and Secrets of the Spires, introducing a stunning mountainous region

01:38built to elevate the thrill of Banshee flying.

01:46including a revamped Hunter's Guide, smoother 40 FPS mode,
