The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) conducts a cleanup drive along Araneta Avenue, Doña Imelda in Quezon City due to tons of garbage swept by floods from the rains spawned by then Tropical Storm 'Crising' and the southwest monsoon.
