00:27And I started researching about my culture, my ancestors.

00:36And I came with this idea of doing something,

00:41of promoting my culture through other medium.

00:45And at the beginning, it was more designing dresses

00:49and promoting culture through some garments.

00:52And then I thought jewelry would be a much better medium

00:56since it's something that lasts longer

01:00and it's something that you can pass from generation to generation.

01:04So this is how the idea of RASM started.

01:07Azerbaijani ornaments and patterns,

01:10they are such a rich mix of culture

01:14that I think it's seen and felt through every ornament that we have.

01:23I think the beauty of it is that I never thought how to do it.

01:26I was just doing what I was doing.

01:29and I was very passionate about it.

01:32Because when people ask me,

01:34you're not afraid, you know, to start business

01:38or how did you have this courage?

01:41I never had a courage.

01:43It was just a passion.

01:44And I was 100% sure that this passion will be,

01:49has a ground under and it will be,

01:53that the project will be successful.

01:54The Power of Flower is a woman who understands her roots

02:02and she's rooted.

02:04She knows who she is

02:08and from that place she can develop further

02:12and understand how she develops her both energies.

02:16I think the true inspiration comes from understanding yourself.

02:21My main inspiration came from my kids

02:24at the very beginning.

02:27Because part of this inspiration was to,

02:31I wanted to do more for my kids in a way.

02:35And I was, as I think about it from different perspective,

02:40people inspire me a lot.

02:43Sometimes you go to very great places

02:46and you don't get inspiration and that is also fine.
