00:00This is your opportunity, going in 3, 2, 1...
00:17What's bringing me back out here really is that there are things I'm ready to let go of,
00:22that I finally have an outlet where I can get it out of my system.
00:25After doing this, I become more happier, a lot happier.
00:29In fact, I get to meet a lot of people who are going through different things,
00:33and there's no judgement here.
00:35It's just two people, or a few people, just getting it out of the system.
00:40I was having a real bad day with my partner one day.
00:43We were walking by the lake, and I just said to her,
00:46hey, do you want to go scream by the lake?
00:49And she was like, yes, let's do it.
00:51Picture us like a pressure cooker.
00:54And cortisol builds up in our bodies all the time if you're stuck in traffic,
00:59if you're having relationship issues, if you're having financial issues, whatever it is,
01:03the political climate right now.
01:05And I think that if you don't find a healthy way to let it go,
01:09then what happens is what happens when the pressure cooker gets too pressurized, right?
01:13It explodes.
01:14I think this is a good way for us to be able to, in a healthy way,
01:19release whatever we have going on inside out into the void,
01:22and then reducing that pressure that we have inside.
01:25that we have inside.
