00:00Thank you so much. And thanks for focusing on this issue that these documents have really brought to the forefront, because it's one that doesn't just affect Democrats or Republicans.
00:11It's not a Democrat or Republican issue. This is an issue with such significant impact that it should concern every American because it has to do with the fabric and integrity of our Democratic Republic.
00:24That we had a situation here where in the months leading up to the 2016 election, the intelligence community assessed, and this is what the documents detail, the intelligence community assessed essentially Russia doesn't have the tools, the capability or the intent to try to change the outcome of the U.S. presidential election.
00:45Donald Trump pulls off a historic victory against Hillary Clinton in November of 2016.
00:52Even in the days after that election, the intelligence community continued their consistent assessment that reflected the same thing in the months leading up to the election.
01:02All of a sudden, in the early days of December, there was a president's daily brief that was drafted.
01:10This is put together by the different elements of the intelligence community that reflected that same assessment.
01:16Russia did not try to hack the election, in essence.
01:19That PDB, that document was pulled hours before it was supposed to be published for the president to see that following morning.
01:28That document was never published until we released it yesterday.
01:33One day later, President Obama calls a meeting of his National Security Council, his top officials, to be held on what they called a sensitive topic.
01:44And the results of that meeting, which we released yesterday in these over 100 documents that talk about in detail how President Obama and his team,
01:53he directed a manufactured piece of intelligence that detailed not if, but how Russia tried to influence the outcome of the United States election that President Trump won in November of 2016.
02:10This document was then used as the foundation for everything that came next.
02:16It was essentially a years-long coup that was launched against President Trump before he even had the opportunity to take his oath of office and be sworn in as President of the United States.
02:27So, as you know, there was a Mueller investigation that went on for years, cost taxpayers nearly $40 million.
02:33There were two congressional impeachments.
02:35President Trump and almost every member of his family were smeared and attacked, faced lawsuits, depositions.
02:42High-level officials were investigated, some were arrested and put in jail.
02:46The list goes on and on about the ramifications of this.
02:49But foundational to it all was the fact that we had in President Obama and his leadership team people who did not want to accept the will of the American people in electing Donald Trump in 2016
03:04and therefore cooked up this treasonous conspiracy to again try to effectively, and they did effectively launch a years-long coup against the sitting President of the United States.
03:15It is Saturday, 19 July, year of our Lord, 2025.
03:18Yesterday, a historic day.
03:20Pam Bondi finally goes into court, asks for the unsealing of evidence and grand jury testimony and evidence in the Epstein and in Maxwell.
03:30So, both situations and the bombshell of bombshells that General Flynn, who joins us in a few minutes, has said we get the bombshell about Obama.
03:43I've got Natalie Winters is the co-host this morning.

03:48Let's start with Jack.
03:49Jack, right there you heard Tulsi.
03:51She went on Fox and Friends this morning for the opening salvo after the dump yesterday.
03:56Put it in perspective for us.
03:58Steve, my phone was ringing off the hook all last night.
04:03Current and former serving people I knew who in the intelligence community, battle buddies of mine calling up saying,
04:09this is the biggest intelligence scandal since Iraq WMDs.
04:15This is far beyond anything Watergate was claimed to have been.
04:20They didn't have intelligence that they were protecting.
04:23They lied about the fact that the intelligence wasn't there and they manufactured it on purpose.
04:30One of those officials or one of those people said to me, doors should be getting kicked in over this.
04:37This is like something that we would have seen at the end of the Soviet Union when everything was falling apart and they're taking pot shots at their own parliament building with tanks rolling through Moscow and the KGB is trying to take over.
04:51Look, what you're seeing here is no less than a preemptive coup by the intelligence state and elements of the previous administration completely directed down.
05:02And what DNI Gabbard said there was so clear.
05:05And by the way, the team that put this together, having every single document released in the annex here, the declassifications, the way they were able to do this, it's impeccable.
05:15Her team deserves absolute full credit for this over at the ODNI's office, Joe Kent there and the rest.
05:22But what's what's very, very important to understand, Steve, and you and I said this in real time as we were going over the documents in front of a camera, as people said,
05:30Posobiec, why are you looking down so much?
05:31Because we're reading the documents here in real time.
05:33The decision to withdraw the president's daily brief on December 8th of 2016 is not a decision taken lightly and there's only one official in the federal government has full authority to do that.
05:45That's the president of the United States.
05:47See, this is unprecedented.
05:49This is like saying the New York Times isn't going to publish or the Wall Street Journal isn't going to just put out an issue that day.
05:56They pulled the entire thing.
05:58And why did they do this?
05:59Because that document is receiving wide circulation.
06:03And, Steve, you mentioned it because as a member of the transition team, you knew that the president-elect is also someone who would have had access to this.
06:13They would have been on the distro list for it.
06:15And so they pulled the entire thing to ensure that President Trump and his transition team, which, of course, at the time included the incoming national security advisor, General Flynn, never would have seen the original assessment that Russia did not attempt to hack the 2016 election.
06:35Think about how many lives have been ruined in the wake of that statement.
06:38No, the whole arc of history, the situation with the Chinese Communist Party, where now Russia's their strategic ally.
06:46Hang on one second, Natalie, hang on.
06:47Let's get General Flynn because he's got limited time.
06:50General Flynn, it now becomes clearer, more clear, why they had to take you out originally.
06:55As you know, the PDB went to a – we got the president's PDB as president-elect.
07:00It was President Trump, VP Pence, elect Pence, you, myself, Reince, Jared, just a handful of people.
07:07And we always question the fact, why did they jump to this conclusion when there was no evidence?
07:11This is why we set the meeting up for January 3rd.
07:14General Flynn, it's very clear this is why they had to remove you immediately, sir.
07:18Is that your understanding?
07:22Yeah, first of all, my hat's off to Tulsi Gabbard.
07:25I think Tulsi Gabbard just demonstrated a level, as I said this morning, of courage, commitment to being just absolutely transparent,
07:35which is what this administration has said from the beginning, and just getting to the truth.
07:39This very important meeting, it looks like, on December 8th is really the piece of data that I think has now been exposed to really allow everybody to connect the dots.
07:51As I said early this morning on my ex post, basically, I laid back out the plan, which was eight years of Obama, eight years of Hillary.
08:01And Steve, you and I wouldn't be having this conversation.
08:05And so once, you know, enter summer of 2015 and so on and so forth, and Donald J. Trump wins the election, as you know, as you well know, in November of 2016,
08:16then, you know, all that the gates of hell were unleashed by Obama.
08:21And that's what we now know.
08:23So now he, you know, it's not just Obama, of course, you know, it goes back to the summer of 2016.
08:28And actually, what we're learning from this is actually goes back to late 2015, the probably December 2015 timeframe.
08:35So what I want people to know from this is that there are going to be other names that have never been really exposed,
08:43people over at the National Security Agency, others inside of the FBI, others in the CIA that are going to be in big, big trouble here.
08:53Because now that we know where it began, and it really did begin with the direction and intention of Barack Obama,
09:02that is going to open up so much more evidence.
09:07And as I know Tulsi has been doing for a number of months now, they've been culling through all this evidence.
09:15And that's why you saw recently the open investigation on Comey and Brennan.
09:20That's just the first shot across the bow for what I'm calling either, you can call it a counterpunch or you can call it a counteroffensive.
09:28But President Trump, you got to believe he's fully aware of all this.
09:32This is why, you know, I think the last few days and maybe weeks you've seen a level of frustration.
09:38And it doesn't mean that, you know, everybody's off the hook on some of the other issues that we're dealing with.
09:43But this is the biggest crime in the history of the United States of America.
09:48As I said, I think it was yesterday, Steve, that, you know, this is a moment that is really surreal for many people in the U.S.
09:56that never felt like we would ever go through or experience a coup.
10:01Basically, a coup which would take down a duly elected president of the United States by another individual.
10:07Now, I will tell you, and I've said this, I've said this very publicly.
10:11You know, if you're going to stage a coup, you better kill the king.
10:15And in this case, they were not able to kill the king, meaning, you know, Donald Trump.
10:19And I don't I'm not I'm just metaphorically using that because he's not a king.
10:23He's the president of the United States.
10:25But twice we have seen twice assassination attempts on him, very public assassination attempts on him.
10:32You know, there are many people don't know of the other threats against his life.
10:36So they were not able to do that.
10:39They also in my case, and I'll speak specifically for me, you know, they I went through hell.
10:45My family went through hell, but they picked the wrong Irishman and they picked the wrong Irish family because we knew from the very beginning.
10:52You know, and Steve, I don't think we realized when we were first in the White House in the early days of 2017,
10:59just how deep these people and how much they were willing to go.
11:04And now what we're learning and I've known this, I've known this, I've just written a, you know,
11:08just published a book on it called Pardon of Innocence because Trump had to use his pardon power to pardon an innocent man.
11:14Most people think I spend time in jail and was convicted.
11:18And, you know, my case was dismissed because of egregious government misconduct.
11:21So we now, you know, I, do I feel vindicated?
11:26I will feel vindicated when I see Barack Obama get, you know, have, have handcuffs on being escorted from his house and being brought into jail.
11:37I would say right now, if I were in the Department of Justice or if I would, if I was in the White House,
11:42I would demand that the attorney general immediately take away the passports from these individuals who we know have already been named.
11:51And there are some others that have not been named yet.
11:54Take away the passports.
11:55Do not allow them to leave this country because I guarantee they're waking up, you know, this morning saying, where, you know, where can I go?
12:02We've got to get the hell out of here because they're they committed a massive, massive conspiracy to to under undermine and overthrow the United States of America,
12:12the United States government, the president of the United States and the presidency.
12:15And they left a wake in their path that is unprecedented, as Jack, as Pozo just highlighted.
12:23I mean, this is so bad.
12:25And anyway, what I want to do is I want people to understand that, look, I'm not giving up.
12:30We have got now to seek justice and our rule of law system, Steve, has got to kick in.
12:37No, no, no.
12:38We're in a three prong attack here against the Murdochs on the civil charges to release everything about the Epstein situation.
12:46And most importantly now is to get to the bottom of this because the Epstein thing will fit into this with the intelligence services.
12:51This is why, folks, Tulsi Gabbard has been getting lit up over the last couple of weeks, kept out of meetings because she was working on this with all the other intelligence.
13:03She was working on this.
13:04And there are certain elements in particular.
13:06Let me be blunt.
13:07The CIA today tried to thwart this.
13:11They tried to stop this.
13:12They tried to chop block.
13:13Exactly.
13:14I think it's one of the reasons they put out the great they put out the great intelligence on on Kennedy last week is another diversion play.
13:21That's very important because that's the first coup.
13:23But this is a full on coup.
13:24Mike, you've talked about the 16 year plan to take it down.
13:28But but hang on one second.
13:29I want to play the second part of Tulsi's.
13:32I might as we play this part, it shouldn't be lost on people.
13:36It should not be lost on people.
13:38The reason that Obama and Brennan, these guys wanted the coup is so we couldn't get into the the information of what they've been doing as the deep state to drive us into war after war after war.
13:53That's why they did it.
13:54And no offense.
13:55In President Trump's first term, people like Bill Barr, people like John Ratcliffe at D&I.
14:00Why was this not exposed in Trump's first term?
14:05We should have gotten this information in Trump's first term.
14:08Let's go and play Tulsi's.
14:09The second part of her her interview on Fox and Friends this morning.
14:14I mean, this goes all the way to Barack Obama.
14:17Will we actually see someone as high up as Barack Obama take responsibility, be accountable, maybe face criminal charges?
14:29Is that a possibility here based on the documents that you've released?
14:33Rachel, the seriousness of, again, the implications and the consequences of these actions that were taken demand accountability.
14:43The American people not only deserve the truth and accountability, when we look at the future of our country as a democratic republic and the American people's ability to have faith that when they go and cast a vote at the ballot box, that the will of the people will be respected by those in government, whether they be Democrats or Republicans.
15:01This is literally what is at stake here.
15:04So we are referring all of our documents to the Department of Justice for the purpose of accountability and action.
15:13No one, no matter who they are, no matter how high up they are or how powerful they may be, no matter who the intelligence officials or professionals were who were a part of this treasonous conspiracy, there must be accountability.
15:27The truth must be shown to the American people in order to ensure that there is this faith and trust and integrity in our democratic republic for the sake of the future of our country.
15:39So do we can as voters, can we feel confident that we will actually see charges, do you think, out of this?
15:47I'm not a lawyer, I'm not a lawyer, we're referring all of this to the Department of Justice, I know that Attorney General Pam Bondi is committed to bringing about justice to those who have broken the law.
16:00And in this case, again, what these documents detail, to me, in my view, cannot be explained as anything but a treasonous conspiracy.
16:11This is this is not so different from what we saw under George W. Bush when we saw that manufactured intelligence claiming there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq that kicked off a war that changed our country, that changed the lives of so many people like myself who went and served in those wars.
16:31The implications of manufactured intelligence are real.
16:36I would even say that that what we are seeing here has an even greater impact than what we've seen in the past, because it speaks again to the foundation of our Constitution and our democratic republic, which is why accountability is so critical.
16:52Mike Flynn, General Flynn, seditious conspiracy, treasonous conspiracy.
16:56Now, you know why Barack Obama, when President Trump went down with Jared and had that meeting two days after he was elected in 2016, the only recommendation that Barack Obama made to the president of the United States is you cannot hire Mike Flynn.
17:14You cannot hire Mike Flynn.
17:15And the reason was that you knew, having been head of DIA and now going to be the National Security Advisor, you would know exactly where to go to to unearth this.
17:24And this is why, one, they started this process of a coup.
17:28And number two, they could not have you in the White House in that position, sir.
17:33Yeah, a couple of things.
17:34Number one, again, Tulsi Gabbard just demonstrated to the world how strong and how courageous she actually, I mean, she is.
17:43I mean, if anybody had any doubts about Tulsi Gabbard, those doubts need to be erased.
17:48The second thing, Steve, and this is a little bit more philosophical, but I actually believe that now and I and I maybe it's my own faith and my own, you know, trying to resolve what did occur.
18:03I actually believe that the United States of America needed to go through this because we're at our 250th year mark.
18:10And for us to survive another 250 years, the American people, particularly the American people, needed to have us go through this.
18:19You know, I mean, I hate to be at the fulcrum of it.
18:22And same with Trump.
18:23I know he didn't want to be there either.
18:25You know, you too, Steve, and others.
18:27Peter Navarro, another one.
18:28You know what I mean?
18:28There's other people that got hurt by this.
18:30Roger Stone.
18:31So all I'm saying is I do believe and I have I've had to kind of come to grips with this, that I believe that our country, our nation, if we're going to continue to be a beautiful constitutional republic that we are for another 250 years, we needed to go through this pain.
18:48And we and we needed to demonstrate to the American people that there is evil in the world.
18:53There's definitely evil right here in our country.
18:55So I really believe now, looking back, you know, and again, I to a bit tongue in cheek, I say they picked the wrong Irishman and they did, because I think that had had they gone after somebody else or allowed somebody else to be in a position, maybe that person wouldn't have been strong enough to to be able to withstand the body blows that I know that I took.
19:16And certainly and certainly and certainly Donald Trump as well, because I don't want to discount what he and his family have experienced, nor do I want to ever discount what my family and I have experienced.
19:25But I do believe that there is some faith based reason and maybe it is maybe it's one of those sort of God knows.
19:33But our nation needed to go through this. And now we know and we are going to recover.
19:38So are the you know, the action, the the the sort of the action plan coming out of here, Steve, is pay attention, focus on what we need to be doing.
19:46We have to stay. Hang on, hang on, hang on. We're only we're only going to hang on, but we're only going to recover.
19:53We have to take this to its ultimate conclusion. The only way we're going to recover is you have to identify everyone associated with this.
20:02You have to get all the facts on the table. It has to be adjudicated. They have to be held responsible.
20:07And I think the charge here is going to be treason, right? This is treason. This is a coup.
20:12And so this is just the beginning. Tulsi Gabbard's courage and the people around her, their courage, because there was a lot.
20:18And I mean, a lot of blowback of them releasing this. We have to have their back and we have to drive this forward.

21:21This is what it was. This is it's very clear if you understand what's going on.
21:27But they are going to fight and they're particularly going to fight in the part of the battleground is the American people that are still asleep.
21:33They're going to say, oh, these are the crazy.
21:35This is the craziest wing of the craziest political movement ever.
21:39This is a conspiracy theory, guys. This is the Q crowd. Right.
21:43This is all of it. These people are nuts. And none of this is true.
21:46We're going to have a fight. This is going to be because this is if you if you get this done right, you break their control.
21:53This is about who controls this nation.
21:54They had we had an elected elected president, Donald Trump, and they said impossible.
21:59We cannot have that guy take office here because he'll unearth all of our crimes and send us all to prison back in 17, 18 and 19.
22:08And they couldn't do it. And so they had a conspiracy to have a coup d'etat, which is a seditious conspiracy, a grand conspiracy or treasonous conspiracy.

24:34When you look at all of the Lisa Monaco sitting up there in that meeting, you're talking about the very people who have spent the last decade, number one, trying to destroy the American patriot movement and the MAGA movement.
24:49And number two, trying to get us into a shooting war with Russia, trying to drive the United States and Russia into a shooting war together.
25:01It's very clear, by the way, that shooting war is currently being conducted on the territory of Ukraine.
25:07But make no mistake, this has been a fight between the U.S. and Russia.
25:12One where, and Zelensky just extended the martial law over there.
25:17He's locking up people.
25:18Even the Financial Times, even the Kiev Independent is starting to turn against Zelensky, saying that he's authoritarian.
25:23I'm sorry, I thought Tucker Carlson was a foreign agent when he was saying that.
25:27But now you got the Ukrainians saying it themselves.
25:29The Financial Times is saying that, look, none of this had to happen.
25:34All of this was orchestrated, and it was orchestrated from the very top.
25:39You don't have to believe us anymore.
25:40You don't even have to believe Tulsi Gabbard because she provided their emails.
25:44We have it there in black and white.

25:47This is the smoking gun the patriots have been looking for for a long, long time.
