Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Religious Affairs) Datuk Dr Mohd Na'im Mokhtar told the Dewan Rakyat on Monday (July 21) that the provision of Haj subsidies for B40 and M40 groups has shown a decline over the past two years, as many pilgrims have voluntarily chosen to reject the assistance.

03:56mereka ini memang secara sukarela. Tahun 2024, seramai 263. Tahun 2023, seramai 396 jemaah haji yang tidak mahu menerima bantuan subsidi ataupun bantuan haji yang diberikan.
04:14Jadi, yang ini menunjukkan yang dipertua makna kefahaman masyarakat, hasil daripada penjelasan yang diberikan kepada mereka bahawa kewajipan ini melibatkan itu.
04:24Jadi, sebab itu mereka ini tidak mahu menerima subsidi ataupun bantuan haji yang diberikan kepada mereka.
04:35Jadi, akibat daripada itulah, kita menerima dividen yang agak tinggi untuk tahun lepas.
04:44Hasil daripada jumlah keuntungan yang diterima bersama-sama dengan penulakan bantuan haji yang diberikan.
