Police have traced the owner of a car that went viral on social media after it skidded, believed to have been driven by an 11-year-old child, at Jalan Telok Gong, Klang, on Saturday (July 19).

00:06allegedly with an 11-year-old behind the wheel.
00:10The incident took place around 10 a.m. on Saturday along Jalan Telok Gong in Klang.
00:16South Klang Police Chief ACP Ramli Kasa confirmed that the young driver, along with two other
00:22child passengers, has been identified.
00:25According to police, the 11-year-old boy and a 7-year-old passenger are siblings and both
00:30are UNHCR cardholders.
00:33The third child is their Malaysian cousin.
00:35Initial investigations revealed that their mother had driven them to her sister's house
00:39in Telok Gong.
00:41She briefly left the car to use the toilet, and that's when the 11-year-old allegedly
00:45took the keys.
00:46He then drove off with his younger sibling and cousin to a nearby shop.
00:52The child reportedly drove for about two kilometres before losing control, sending the vehicle
00:57skidding into a roadside drain.
01:00Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
