A boat full of tourists capsized during a storm in one of the country's most iconic tourist destinations, leaving at least 34 dead and eight missing. Rescue efforts continue as a new tropical storm approaches.

00:00At least 34 people died after a tourist boat capsized during a sudden thunderstorm in Vietnam's
00:08Halong Bay, local state media reported. Eight people are believed to be still missing.
00:14The vessel was carrying 48 passengers and five crew members, all Vietnamese nationals.
00:21A sudden storm with strong winds caused the vessel to turn upside down. A rescue team managed to
00:26save 11 people and recover 27 bodies. Eight of them were children. The tragedy comes as a new
00:33tropical storm is headed towards the north of the country. It is expected to make landfall early
00:39next week.
