00:00And then we can start with Devontae Adams here, George.
00:03I think a lot of people would be shocked to see with everything that happened with the Jets last year, he ended up with 141 targets.
00:11And by the way, like I keep saying this, I know he's on the Rams and certainly he's got his competition with Puka Nakua there.
00:17And those numbers are like pedestrian in terms of what Adams used to do.
00:21But all you need to do is look at like the last five, six games of the season.
00:25Those are all those stats, George.
00:26So I guess the question is, is that can he not bounce back is not the word.
00:32Can he get better quarterback play with Matthew Stafford for a full 16 game season?
00:37Because if so, that that thousand yards, George is going to be twelve hundred.
00:42And you're right about touchdowns.
00:43You don't know. But those eight touchdowns could end up being 10.
00:46And if that's the case, he's at the top of this list, not at the bottom.
00:50Yeah, I'd be a little wary here.
00:52Once again, he's getting another year older, going to a different offense again with Matthew Stafford.
00:56And we know Nakua comes first. All right. Stafford knows Nakua.
00:59All right. We never know what the chemistry is going to be like between these two.
01:02That's the bad news. The good news is, once again, he's not going to see the number one cornerback anymore.
01:07Right. He's not the number one focus of the defense. That's Nakua.
01:10So that should work out for him. Assuming he and Stafford are going to get that chemistry going.
01:14I think this is the floor of what you're going to see.
01:17You know, as far as 1,063, which is not in a 17-game season, that's not very much with 60 yards a game.
01:23All right. It's not very much at all. You're not asking for all that much.
01:25But I said, I would for what he's being drafted, I would take those exact numbers, by the way.
01:30I would probably expect a little bit more, maybe 10 percent more.
01:32But I'll take those numbers, you know, 90 catches, 1,100 yards, whatever, have six and ten touchdowns.
01:39I'll sign that up. Sign me up for that right now for where I'm drafting him.
01:42He's my wide receiver, too. Yeah, he's probably not your wide receiver one.
01:45You talk to the ADP, tells you it's the 12-team league. It's the end of round three, which sounds about right.
01:50So I have no problem with Devontae Adams. I'm a little wary here, but there is some upside here.
01:55So he's a Hall of Fame wide receiver. He's great on a good team, a team that I think is going to win that division.
02:01So I saw some of the news on Rashi Rice come down earlier in the week that finally, like, there is some legal resolution to this.
02:09I also saw some indication that it could end up being more than a two-game suspension because there were some other things involved, weapons or something like that.
02:18I'm not really sure exactly, and I'm not the legal person here at SportsGrid.
02:21But do you feel like this ADP is fair? Because for me, George, a two-game suspension for Rashi Rice, if that is the case, and we don't know, okay?
02:30So I want to just make it clear on that. But a two-game suspension, doesn't that mean he's nowhere near this ADP right now, right?
02:36How can you possibly – like, every other guy is playing a full complement of games, and he's not.
02:41Yeah, we have to remember ADPs take apart the drafts that have already happened.
02:45And originally, Rice's court case was not supposed to happen until January, February, after the season.
02:51So we weren't worried about a suspension.
02:52All right, so that's why his ADP is so low, round three.
02:57He's not going round three anyway.
02:58You're at least doubling that to round six.
03:01All right, and I'm not touching because we don't know.
03:03You mentioned the best-case scenario is two.
03:06It could easily be four, six, as you mentioned.
03:08I'm not the legal guy at SportsGrid either as far as the expert there.
03:13But he's going to get minimum two, I expect four.
03:15Coming back off the injury as well.
03:17That was a major injury he suffered last year when Pat Mahomes took him out as his own guy.
03:22So, no, like I keep saying on the show, let it be someone else's problem.
03:26If the value is there in round eight, ten, sure, I'll take a shot at him.
03:31You know, in a keeper league, dynasty league, that's a little different.
03:34You know, I might take a shot at him there.
03:35But in a regular redraft league, no.
03:38Keep saying this over and over again.
03:39You can't keep having guys like this and then draft an injury-prone player or two.
03:43It's too much.
03:44You're not going to be able to survive this.
03:45You're not going to get that lucky where everything works out for you.
